Lauren! Lauren!! So excited that you’re doing the recaps again! Roses and Rosé has always been my favorite Bachelor recap show! What an interesting episode. Hannah was amazing. I love how she told off Scott. He’s terrible. I don’t get how he thought comparing his situation to her dating Colton. Especially considering Hannah was eliminated from Colton’s season, likely in mid to late October, so it’s been a good 6 months or so since she was broken up with as they start filming the Bachelorette in mid-March. So, I don’t think that’s was a strong argument. Also, Hannah didn’t choose to leave him, Colton sent her home after she met his family on their one on one date. So, the situation is definitely different. Chasen definitely made a mistake not showing up in his pilot uniform because Pilot Pete(r) looked great. Hannah’s toast was great!!! It was adorable, cute, and authentic. Luke gives me awful vibes. First from his intro package, and from his conversation with Hannah. Supposedly he’s a southern gentleman but he didn’t even give Hannah his jacket when she kept saying she was cold! Based on some of the previews I’ve seen for this season, I don’t think Luke will win. I think Luke being a potential villain, I don’t think he’s going to be chosen in the end. I think he’ll make it very far though. I think the FIR/winner theory will change this season. Loved seeing Katie and Demi, but I felt we didn’t see a lot from them. I do have to say, that even though I’ll be annoyed from hearing “Roll Tide” all season, Jed singing the words Roll Tide brought music to my ears. It sounded so nice! Not sure how I feel about him right now though. My personal faves are Mike and Pilot Pete! Great recap, Lauren!!

I really wanted Demi to yell “Say hi to your girlfriend” as Scott walked right near the truck on the way out. Hahahahaha!

Ironically, Luke P’s entrance was unintentionally foreshadowing when he becomes a beast later in the season (yelling at the other guy).

YES!!! I am a genealogist and I always gripe about sperm donors being overused. Statistically speaking, the average American marries their 8th cousin. That's totally fine- the risk is more about 1st cousins. But when you put 30 siblings out there who may or may not even realize they're siblings.... it messes the math up a little bit! It really bothers me.

I thought all the guys would be less attractive from the cast pictures but they were all good looking. A pleasant surprise might I say...

Peter the Pilot and Tall Collin are my favorites so far. I've intentionally stayed away from watching season trailers, so I hadn't seen the scene(s) of Luke yelling until this R&R video. But during the episode he just felt very off to me. That jarring roaring on top of the car was just...jarring. Not cute, not endearing...just jarring, and a little scary. And he seems like a total player, just telling Hannah what he knows she wants to hear. "You're the most beautiful girl I've ever seen"??? Please! How many times has he used THAT line??!? I really hope she doesn't pick him. :)

My favorite of the standouts was Peter and least favorite was Luke. I haven't liked Luke since the Bachelor. 🤷‍♀️

i cant even imagine how awkward it was for jed to sing to hannah.. my favorite is pilot peter thought tbh, you notice how colton kept a keepsake from cassie the first night???? coincidence>??? i also think its about time for a black bachelor, im feeling Mike.

Chasen seems to be such a good guy, I was sad to see Hannah let him go. Overall, I loved the episode.

The best part is when she was talking about pausing due to awkward is that I'd already paused THIS RU-vid VIDEO right before she said it because I couldn't even deal with RELIVING Luke's weird-ass entrance.

To be fair, Hannah might be the prettiest girl he’s personally seen. She could be a model-prettier than most actually. She reminds me of Taylor Swift.
