EVIL DOCTOR!! This episode was so interesting with the empire wanting to CONTROL cloning and not disregard it... I wonder how many species they have cloned?! did they clone Yoda and thats how Grogu came about?! :O I am not very scared for OMEGA's safety!! What did you think of Episode 11?? about rey skywaker did now The Mandalorian is inevitably going to fill in some of the (terribly huge) gaps between Return of the Jedi and the beginning of the Sequel Trilogy, but I don't see how they'll actually "fix" everything wrong with it...

I did, had a feeling it would come back, and at the start of the episode suspected this is what it would be. Glad they're bringing it back, was always curious about what exactly Palpatine wanted from it.

The funny thing is if the Batch didn't start by feeding the Zillo beast energy, Wrecker probably could've used his strength to beat the crap out of it. Problem solved!

They called it the "Tantiss Project" too, which was similar to what happened in the original Thrawn series in Legends. That was a secret mountain storehouse filled with the Emperor's good bits of technology, one of the most notable of which was cloning technology. I'm curious to see if they'll take the chance to use the "Tantiss Project", as they call it, as chaotically as they did in that trilogy. That was probably the best Easter Egg we've gotten in Star Wars in a long time.

Never thought we would see Lama Su again! (honestly thought he got executed when Rampart had troops surround him) Also it's interesting that we see The Bad Batch and Cid having a strained relationship, feels like something big will happen between them soon. Love the Zillo Beast and Commandos this episode too!

9/10 I miss Echo and another bs job from Cid, but likely the last one they're taking from her. What I am worried about is the scientist finding out that not only the Marauder belongs to The Bad Batch and that they're alive, but also learning who Omega is and that she's with them. And with Cid pretty much looking more towards to betraying them, it'll be like killing multiple birds with one stone. The Empire not only use Omega as leverage to make Nala Se work for them, but also use Omega's DNA genes to make Palpatine's clones. That's not just worrisome, it's also sick. With Lama Su throwing Omega under the bus like that so he'll be free from prison, something tells me he won't live to see the end of Season 2. Either it'll be Crosshair or Hunter that will pull the trigger to take the kill shot.

Wait a sec... Why would they ever need to use Omega's DNA to make clones of Palpatine? Like isn't his own genetic material enough?! Or do they want to enhance his physical performance? Either way, they're gonna fail. Palpatine spirit's dark power is too much for any lab-raised body to control without breaking down.

@@laraa6919 Could be anyone. Like when Cid sent them to Corellia for that tactical droid head, and never learned who they were gonna give it to or how Cid learned about it. Could've been one of the workers, someone of the criminal underworld with connections, or even intercepted transmissions. How Cid found out about the ship crash likely a contact of her's from that village could've told her or intercepted the report somehow. With someone like Cid, her list of contacts or how she gets her intel is a mystery.

Wow, so many things--Zillo Beast, more Tech and Omega epicness (please don't hurt either one of them, Dave!), and now the evil doctor trying to capture our girl to use her against Nala Se! Also, the laser....things....that they use on the beast kinda looks like a tiny Death Star laser, with the energy coming out of multiple points! The Empire is definitely up to so much evil--but I'm happy we might be seeing Echo and Rex again soon! This is one of the most suspenseful episodes we've gotten this season--but still no Crosshair, what the heck!

Lasers are actually like RX-200 and Republic Mobile Assault Canon lasers. They also come from multiple points.
