The badger fire near Pinehurst, California 

The badger fire near Pinehurst, California recorded on 6 August 2023. Arson suspected.
As I walked in the cab of Delilah Lookout, my trainee (Griffin) was already plotting the fire’s Azimuth. 
I said, “OK, relax, put your emotions aside, and breathe”
“Hey, I’m good” replied Griffin
I looked back over my shoulder at him and said, “Oh, well great… but I was taking to myself. Now, grab the fire report clipboard and start filling it in.
That gave both of us a big smile.
