A simple and quick recipe for pork loin baked in a piece. This tenderloin is so juicy that there are not enough words to describe it. It's just delicious. This time I made this sirloin with my daughter who loves this recipe. The tenderloin goes perfectly with potatoes or groats, pickled cucumber and a ready dinner set.

Ingredients JUICY BAKED TENDERLOIN
500 grams of pork tenderloin
half a teaspoon of sweet pepper
half a teaspoon of lovage
half a teaspoon of granulated garlic
half a teaspoon of oregano
half a teaspoon of rosemary
half a teaspoon of salt
a pinch of pepper
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
5 tablespoons of oil
90 grams of butter
Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
