When you say too high maintenance, what did you mean? And did you mean the skypad 3.0 or the wallhack 4.0?

It’s a spectrum. 3.0 is high maintenance, 4.0 is even more. It needs too much effort and concentration. Your mouse will move even when you are resting your arm, in turn i noticed that I tense up more. Also, it’s so slippery even my anchor point such as wrist or elbow even slides when I dont want it to. Very low friction feedback on inputs so my sleeve-bound arms and hands have even more trouble knowing how much my mouse has moved. Also… 3.0 has a lot of sensor issues especially on the limited edition pads since they are clear pads that skypad discontinued for a reason. Gamesense Sonar is much better, but I want art on my pad thus looking at Glaze

Yes but also I say high maintenance as in - you have to constantly clean it and you need to wear a sleeve to have “fun” Otherwise it feels and sounds so bad

Ah yes and skypad does stick to skin a lot. Somehow the black pure skypad sticks more than the limited edition. The LE are perhaps heavier textured to deal with sensor issues.

@Pistaciio Ya I have the 4.0 and the cleaning is pretty bad especially with the added grinding of your mouse feet. I was constantly wiping PTFE dust off 1-2 times every hour which got beyond annoying. Thankfully, though, once I got the plastix dot skates that problem went away completely while also lessening the sound a bit so now the only thing I have to wipe down is any dust which is around every 3 hours now. Im actually a big fan of the extremely low static friction because it forces me to stay locked in alot more compared to how relaxed I use to get on cloth pads if that makes sense, but I still am very curious about the glaze as everyone says it has alot more control which I honestly cant wrap my head around because I've only tried one glass pad so far.

You should try the superglide. Its quite fast, cant speak to if its faster than the glaze but it likely is, and is a bit more controlled than the skypad.

@@xerenityapexlegends3940 no it isn’t? I’ve been playing with mine every day for probably half a year now, zero sign of wear. There’s also no sign of any reviews claiming it to have a coating, or pulsar themselves. Dunno where you got the info from, but it isn’t accurate.
