Ah, I love how my everyone is pissed at you, it's just so Balkan. We're like a big dysfunctional family. They are slightly pissed at each other until you attack them. Then they all gang up on you! Yeah, we don't hate each other as much, and the younger generation is more accepting. It's easy to think that all Balkans hate each other from an outside perspective. *I am from Turkey/Izmir and i don't hate anyone just the opposite i love everyone in balkans especially Greeks and Bulgarians. I've been Greece and Bulgaria twice and they were very lovely people. Everyone was so nice and so friendly to me. Also i've learned that my grandmother's grandmother was Greek and lived in Krete and i feel very proud instead of feeling bad. I mean i don't understand why we hate each other for political things ? We should be neighbour friends and also we must do cultural events. We shouldn't approach ourselves with stereotypes and all kind of thinks and yes maybe we had fights in our history but that doesn't change that we're sharing the same lands, we all look like each other , we eat similar , we drink similar (especially alcohol :P) we live similar and with some of balkan countries we are 'Relatives'. And there are also so manies that is thinking like we're like arabians or syrians but this is compeletly wrong. We don't believe in god the way that arabians does(for example the girls don't wear that black thing that covers all of hers body or no-one has more than 1 wife) and we're not doing this crazy dancing thing(i mean wtf is that). In formality %90 or something like that percent of people are muslims but in reality Turkey is not really religious country it is just there in your id card even if you're atheist (you can change it but i didn't see no-one because it doesn't matter what is writing in your id in Turkey) but there are bigot and fake religious Priests that is trying to spread the way of bigots worship and EVERYONE HATES THEM(turkish muslims,orthodoxes,atheists). Apart from ignorants, fake priests and bigots ,Turkey is a really nice and civilized and a touristic place just like any other place in Balkans/Europe. I love everyone and I respect everyone and I want everybody to love each other.* 🤜🤛
