Aw man this is reminding me of a certain druid that was in our guild during shadowlands s1, first time i really went hard at raiding "love castle nath but thats it" and this ultra pro druid came doing the usual elitist speel, for a time he was highest dps till i started beating him out and then he started to comllain that people wouldnt run stuff with him and that we weren't progressing Castle Nath fast enough for him, this continued till one night as we were fighting the bos uhh collector with the seed bombs you tp away our GM designated him to be on bombs, he complained a shit ton but whats worse is he not once not twice but THREE TIMES tp'd back with the bombs wiping us all. He then said hes never going to oick up bombs again acted elitist for the rest of the night and a week later after some chit chat with our Guild leader, left the guild because he needed a "more elite guild" his wife stayed in though :) fun times.. i miss them

we've all met a cool guy. my guild in tbc classic had one. main tank who wanted to swap to dps spec when running raid would take all the dps bis from every character since he was the "tank" when running the dungeon. guild fell apart soon after cause our officers left ship for another guild.

I recruit for a mythic guild and let me tell you nothing is more crazy than being 5minutes into recruiting someone just to have a massive sobstory dumped on you about how mistreated they've been and its 99% of the time becuz of Loot Drama.

I don't even play wow. I played eso for years though and had a similar experience. Inviting a random that isn't that good but seems cool. They blow up every chat room none stop at 12am on a Wednesday. People cave in and play with him for awhile but then when he doesn't make it in a run he calls everyone elitist and toxic then crys to the world

I’ve had 3 guilds fully disband during df alone everyone who I raided with and made “connections” with all just went out seperate ways and most even deleted off off bnet after the guild disbanded 😂. Definitely dosent fell like it did back in early wow.

He was right about not being able to party up with the guild; and the one party he did manage to get into was a funnel party. Also, if he was not cool with being in a funnel group, why keep him in group. He was a disposable member, a filler, a donkey. And your friend lied to the CoolGuy, he was not going to get the ring next in the next run. You a person with experience of the game needed to make a funnel group to get the ring, how is a noob going to get it. Your friend lied that CoolGuy had a chance to have a funnel group of their own just to keep him in the party. Also, if he was a noob, annoying and got in an argument with one of the party members why continue to keep him around. You just kept him around till you did not need him anymore. You can't gaslight me in believing otherwise. I have been in Guilds, I made guild, I disbanded guild, I remade old Guilds. I have been playing MMOrpg's back when they were text. Board Games, Role Playing Games, Live Action RP, you name it. I seen it all. Rest of the video is just cringe. You, my good man. Are the UncoolGuy With love, 50yo wizard.
