Nicene creed teaches baptismal regeneration and removal of sins and infant baptism in the phrase - "we believe in one baptism for the remission of sins"
A couple of the guys kept saying it would add a burden to the committees if the pastor amendment is passed. That should not matter. God has never asked us to follow His commands or criteria only if they are not too difficult or too "burdensome". If the committee have women on staff that is ordained then they are already in the wrong and need to fix it. If they have a woman on staff that is called "pastor" but over the children then rename the title. If they are looking for a pastor, then they are to look for the man that God as called. Just do what God says.
