I needed this today. While I was listening to your teaching on my walk, a large crack opened up in my heart, and the tears started to stream down my face. This is a good sign because I am always so scared of letting go. Thank you Jack xoxo

Watching a tree grow, and later burn into ash and soot, tells you a lot about life. When the heat, the sounds , the smell and the colours emerge from the burning wood, you see the vowen fabric of life .

The way he presents the ideas are so amazing,his voice itself calms one.And the humour he lace with his lectures make it fascinating like a jewel.Buddha must've incorporated the importance of humour in his teachings meant to end suffering.Many many thanks Master. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
