This was very helpful for me to help me understand Atty Little's egregious impact to prevent the the truth from being exposed to EEOC due process etc. Also it helped me to understand better why I can use his emails and/or absence of emails how he conspired with PRL in-house Attorney, Amanda Costello and Ben Ashton. Although he willful did not admit Blyth handwritten Direct Evidence; but circumstanciel evidence can be relevant and material.

The short answer is yes. However, if the other side objects to the late production of evidence, you will have to persuade the judge why the evidence should be admissible (e.g. this is new evidence etc.).
