At the risk of posing a stupid question, or one that has been tried at least hundred times over the last two thousand years, I have one thats needs asking: How would it be if after the Brandy has been distilled it is returned to one of the Wine casks that held the original vintage while it was maturing enough to be processed?
Perhaps you have a Chilean editor who tries to boycott the Peruvian Pisco !!! To say that Peruvian Pisco is distilled once is equal to say Peru does not care for the head and tail of the Pisco produced or the quality of the Peruvian Pisco, or the health of the consumer !!! I can give you an example of a premium Peruvian Pisco that is 4 or more times distilled like no other Chilean garbage!!! Pisco Caravedo Mosto Verde the inventors of World Pisco Established in 1684.
Would Americans please refrain from pronouncing the Latin ‘O’ sound as a long vowel. It’s not, ‘Calvadoes’, or ‘Coe-gnac’. Just go short and snappy on that vowel sound. That would be champion. Much appreciated…
