I’m on a road trip just binging his vids, and you can really see the progress in his photos and video-making skills throughout his years of entertainment
U have the coolest videos. Makes u forget about how stressful life can be. Thank u for what u do it keeps me in my imagination I hope to one day start my own photography for fun
Hey you should try doing that ? shot where Batman is on a ledge looking down with the ? on fire with some rain affect and the red loom cube effect on. That would be sick. AWESOME VID
All 3 shots look incredible. Love your use of practical effects. I live in a condo so the fire is definitely not doable for me 😆. I think the Riddler question mark one is my favorite. It looks epic! 🔥🔥🔥
I just bought a die cast model with a small Batman the shots I took over the last couple of days were awesome wish I can share it with you for your verdict
WOW!!! Those are really EPIC pics, I can't decide on which I liked best, the upside down, or right side up??? The doing the question mark in fire around Batman reminds me of the scene from the first Daredevil movie with Ben Affleck, when reporter Ben Urich throws the match in parking lot, and the flames form a burning double D's of Daredevil.
Bro I did the same exact scene for my photo for the 2nd one you did, I should've waited for this video to come out bc I was so inexperienced with the lighter fluid, my figure almost burned down and I almost got burned down to 0_0. I realize I was pouring too much fluid, I was just pouring it straight from the can it was in and the opening to pour it is larger than what you used which was a simple plastic bottle which is "Genius" by the way so, I think I might do a re-take of that picture with the new knowledge I have now. Great video, keep up the great work!
Another great video Jared!! I have a few questions I was thinking about. 1. How many photos do you usually take per set up? and 2. What format do you shoot in? 3. Do you shoot raw? I ask because I shoot in raw and when I have a lot of photos to go through it takes so much time to edit. As soon as I upload my photo to photoshop adobe camera raw automatically pops up and this happens on every photo. So I was just wondering; what is your process for dealing with that? One more ? do you use lightroom at all? I have been following you since early 2020 back when you only had around 9000 followers. Now your pushing 35 thousand!! How awesome is that? As far as I can see you are the #1 toy photographer on RU-vid. I have learned so much from watching your videos. Now I just need to put what I have learned into practice. You see I have a very bad back and its hard for me to get down low to the ground and stand for to long so it really puts a damper on getting out their to do it. Here is a thought how about a video for people that are in the same boat as me? Maybe some more indoor or table top tutorials? Can't wait to see what you come up with. Thank you again for doing what you do man. Keep on keeping on...
Hey dude! Happy to help! 1) I’ll usually take 50+ shots during one take. The more the better! I can use them in post processing and layering together 2) I shoot in JPEG. Shooting in raw can give you lots of control when editing, but it really does slow down the processing of the camera. Especially when I’m trying to shoot bursts of photos very fast. 3) I actually don’t use Lightroom at all! I do all of my editing from start to finish in Photoshop! Thanks so much dude! The growth in the last few years has been really awesome and I’m super grateful! 🙏 Love the idea for a tabletop tutorial! I’ll have to put something like that together soon! I do have some indoor photo ideas in the indoor tutorial I posted a few weeks back also, could be helpful! Thanks again dude!!!
you might try a program called photo mechanic to view your initial session, looking at all the photos, dumping the bad ones, etc. keep editing down to ones you want to actually process. that speeds up the process considerably. you get better and better at seeing what you really want in an image.
Hey Dave! I did a Batman gliding shot in this video! Hope this helps!! McFarlane Toys now have WIRED CAPES?! For the same price!! - Shooting & Reviewing ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-8QJoG5-MoCc.html
Really enjoyed your videos, and your processing, the affects are used creativity.wish fireworks were legal herein Queensland Australia. Have a great day
@@sirdork730 I live in new mexico so it's an absolute blast when snow comes but also really nice when it leaves. Everything here is super dry so it makes it a bit harder to get good action figure photos.
This is gonna sound really stupid but I was gonna go off topic. And ask what Mountain Dew flavor is that. Then you said Im gonna put down some lighter fluid. I was like well that answers my question. By the way the 1 thats not upside down I like better. But there both super dope. Great Vid man.
Ah great question dude! 😂 the bottle is actually from Mountain Dew Uproar. It’s exclusive to Food Lion Stores in Virginia. I picked up a few bottle when I took a trip down there a few months back lok
Honestly the only good line Todd worked on is the halo 3 one (maybe the reach line too), the other lines. ESPECIALLY the DC line have bad articulation, qc issues and have HORRIBLE variatity.
This is great! I’ve been watching your channel for about 2 years and I had used some of your photo tips for my toy photography so thank you! I enjoy your content and I was wondering if you ever going to have a Discord account? I would definitely join you there if you ever do. Have a great weekend. ✌🏼
