I knew Reeves was going to knock it out of the park. I love remembering the people that were down on Matt Reeves being hired to direct this.. and now watching the responses. It feels good to have your intial feelings proven right.
There were people down on Matt Reeves being hired to direct this?… I was jumping for joy when the news came out because I just knew this is what we were going to get. If you ever asked me what I want out my ultimate Batman film.. this is it. The feel, the look, the vibe, the serial killer angle, the detective work, the relationships between Batman and the GCPD and Gordon as well as Catwoman, Gotham City being a character in and of itself, the political machinations, the crime families. It’s just my ultimate fanboy wishlist come to life.
The cinematographer of this film is the same is Dune and Rogue One. So i love seeing the visual responses to this film. The actual movie is on the same level though. I'm hoping they nail it (the cast is already perfect), and the story / detective aspect is fully fleshed out.
Everyone is assuming Riddler knows Bruce's idenity. If you listen carefully tho, when he says "Bruce Wayne" it sounds like a different tone to what the rest of the sentence is. I personally think hes speaking to Batman (not knowing hes Bruce) and telling him that either A) Bruce Wayne is Corrupt or B) Bruce is his next potential victim.
We must get Professor Pyg & Dollmaker as the next villain! Riddler gave us Saw & se7en vibes. Pyg & Dollmaker gives us Leatherface & Dr. Heiter from Human centipede vibes 🧟♂️🔥🦇
I genuinely believe that this will be the best Batman film we've ever had! I've been saying it for a year now. It's perfect. I almost can't believe that it exists lol...

That comment you made about “this being the only DC movie your excited about” was so unnecessary, just watch the trailer. Nobody asked you all that and don’t nobody care. The rest of us will be enjoying what DC has to offer come next year. It’s ok tho, I know you mad that the “Snyderverse” will never happen🤣and just to clarify, the only reason I found it annoying was because I know why you said it. We can all guess what that is🤦🏾♂️
