With the back foot trigger technique as bowler lift is arm for delivery you should move ur back foot to cover ur half stomp pick up the line and length of the delivery and then apply the left foot accordingly

My personal batting techniques and i use it with every type of bowling. As the bowler lifted his arm my back foot moves in sync regardless of speed

The trigger movement should take place as the bowler lift his arm for delivery

Please bring the same integrated session for bowling as well. It will be really helpful.

Please note although its call back foot trigger movement you don't have to play back. You simply slide ur back foot parallel to the batting crease which place both feet at an angle of around 15 degree so you now become side on to the delivery. AT that moment in time u quickly pick up the line and length of the delivery and apply the stroke accordingly at that time ur completely behind the ball
