@@Monster64Official Capy is single attack, it's slow, it's crit chance is low and it has slow attack speed. R. Ost has a rapid attacks/high attack speed, high crit chance, it's fast and range. Sure, you could argue that capy hits harder when it crits. But it's likely to get KB or die by the time it crits.

It’s because their health isn’t really based on damage, rather the number of times they are hit. Metal enemies will take 1 damage from any hit regardless of how weak or powerful that attack is. A unit like tank cat will deal 1 damage per hit and a unit like bahamut cat will also deal only 1 damage per hit. Critical hits, however, will ignore the metal trait and deal double the damage that the unit would do on any other enemy which is why cats with a high crit chance are preferred when fighting metals.
