cosmic cyclone is really op here as there is not enemy in the game that cant be warped as there is no unit in the base game that can warp enemies so they devs didnt give any enemies warp resistent

If there was a cyclone cat (not catnado) I would give it stats similar to catnado, except it has lower range, more DMG and more HP, and a new ability, cyclone cat deals 1% more damage to a max of 100% for every successive hit, once it cyclone cat stops attacking the buff resets until it starts again which it will start at 1 again(cant think of a name for the ability)
