I did not use Manics as they were not needed for this run, but take into account they help a whole lot here. It's highly advised to use them here. I also didn't use Waitress Cat since it's bit tricky to get her with how limited we are on Anti-Zombie Cats.
And we say goodbye to the Japanese video as this is now in BCEN.
Before we talk about this strat I'm going to advice you use Manics for the extra damage. Don't forget you can always Cool Japan this level for an easier win. You can also use Can Can Cat to deal some good damage. Don't forget the Sniper Cat + A. Bahamut technique to get 2 hits at the very start. I'll give a better description on the Sniper Cat trick further down in the description. Let's move onto the strat..
Before we can talk about the strat I'll go over how Big Sal works. He is a Zombie who can burrow 9999 times, and will only attack when he is at the Cat Base or right when he spawns and you stall him with a low ranged unit (Manic Eraser does this which can lead into some really nice cheese). He Burrows pretty much anytime he walks into a cat as well. He is slow, has low range, and his attack animation is fairly long. Use these attributes to range him out and take him down. Also, take in account he one-shots the base. So basically your goal is to take out Big Sal before he gets to the base. After you kill Big Sal he will become a corpse which will revive back with 50% HP. You can of course use Zombie Killer at the correct time to finish him off early.
This level has multiple ways of being done, you can add Holy Valk to proc the boss. This gives your units more time to attack. You can rely On Jamiera procs to keep the boss away from your base. There's multiple ways to take down this boss, so don't think this is the only way. Try to test with other proc cats if you want to.
So this is a stage that revolves around how well you can time your cats so that they sync up well enough to deal out as much damage as possible to the Big Sal. I slightly stalled him a little with Manic Eraser which gave me a little bit of extra cash. Now the real strat is timing your ranged attackers while also timing your C. Fish and Maglev cat so that they all hit at the same time. The key to doing this successfully is to make your ranged attackers hit twice before he burrows. Jamiera also can be used to add that extra damage, but he has to be sent at the correct time. Take note that Maglev will usually hit the Big Sal twice before Maglev eventually speeds through him. Remember this or else you'll accidentally call in cats that will just bypass Big Sal since he will probably be in his Burrowing animation. Once Big Sal becomes a corpse, try to send out other attackers ASAP as he might be close to your base. If this happens, A. Bahamut at the correct time so that he can hit Big Sal multiple times. Cat Cannon can be crucial to save your Base by knocking back Big Sal from the base (just make sure A. Bahamut doesn't run ahead or else RIP run). After two A. Bahamut hits with a little extra damage from any other units, BIg Sal should go down. C. UFO helps here thanks to his DPS. After that it's just getting the Camelles to come out of the base by killing them off one by one.
If you want to go with a more A. Bahamut focused team you can add Sniper Cat. When timed just right you can make Sniper Cat hit Big Sal after A. Bahamut does his first hit. This makes it so that A. Bahamut gets a 2nd hit in (keep note you need to do this early in the level. This is because you'll need A. Bahamut off his cooldown and ready to deploy when Big Sal is at the base). If you want a better description on how to time your Sniper Cat here is an explanation from Kaxzer:
"Sniper Cat Powerup has to finish a 10 second recharge every time to fire a shot, and after the shot fires the recharge goes back to 10 seconds and so on. However, whenever Sniper Cat Powerup is turned off, the recharge will freeze at the last point it was at before being turned off. Thus, this can be utilized in a way such that the Sniper Cat Powerup can be stopped roughly around 1 second before the shot fires so that it can be controlled to knockback an enemy whenever you want it to happen. However, take note that after the 10 second recharge, there is always a short delay before the shot actually fires, and if you accidentally turn off Sniper Cat Powerup during this time, its recharge resets to 10 seconds."
