I was listening to music when the Beatles, Beach Boys and the rest were at their creative prime, and somehow this song wound up in the file of "great music from then". Now I'm a tired old man, and my kids got me to watch the episode of Big Bang when Sheldon gets it stuck in his head. Two of my daughters sang the song for me during the show and I just wept. I'm so pleased some of these songs are being introduced to kids coming up. It will make your world a little better and that's pretty good...

The quality in this version is excellent in the lead vocal performance, backup vocals, overall musicianship and arrangement,and the recording engineering, mixing, and mastering. We don't really hear much of this standard nowadays.
