We need a machine like that for Ocean Beach and Bakers Beach here and San Francisco. Really crappy beaches filled with all sorts of human waste. Sad really sad.

What do you mean? If the Beach needs screening, you're going to have to use some sort of machine for a tractor or Skid Steer.

or you can get a bigger one you pull behind a tractor and it will go alot faster

So for that you are confirming you need to go buy a very big pull behind beach cleaner and also go buy a very big tractor to pull it. Sounds expensive if you already have a fleet of Skid Steers or can simply rent one. :)
