So, it's the CW you are referring to? I didn't copy all of it but I did get some of it and it was a normal end of a QSO (73 SK)

10106 is the QRP "watering hole" in the amateur radio 30 meter band. You are hearing two hams having a conversation in morse code. It is not "hate radio". Good luck with your nonsense conspiracy theories.
