This show to me is kind of like Succession. In the fact that it's very dialogue heavy and a lot of times the story doesn't move along but it's so entertaining it doesn't hinder the show for me.

Also in the case of the Hispanic chef I forget her name yeh what she did was grounds for disciplinary action. She purposely was sabotaging Sydney and also disregarding instruction from syd even though she knew exactly what to do. Because she didn’t make the stock syd had to do it this giving syd more work and ruining the flow. She had a “idc” attitude and that don’t fly.

Each of them have stuff to improve on. Richie needs to stop undermining Carly due to his insecurities and unwillingness to make changes. Syd needs to be less impatient and wait on change and not force stuff. Carly needs to go thru steps to reach success instead of thinking it’s finna happen overnight. Cuz it’s not especially in this industry
