The band you are dissing and calling trash did very well in terms of popularity and making groundbreaking changes in popular music and culture. They brought a lot of joy to many people. What have you done. How is your musical career doing.

They don't own the music. Paul has often spoken about not having any control over any of the songs he wrote with The Beatles due to signing a shitty deal on day one that stayed the same. They didn't even realise that the 5 album deal just automatically renewed until after they finished five albums. They thought they were free when they weren't and no one told them as they wanted them to keep working. Paul can not even stop them from using his music for commercials which he is dead set against. He fell out with Michael Jackson over it as Jackson used his song for a peanut commercial. Under their contract, the records company owned the publishing rights. On modern contract, they'd have bene billionaires but instead, Paul was broke at the end of The Bealtes. Literally. So much has bene written about this and there have been a hundred lawsuits over it.

Saying that their music is trash is just going to anger the fans, although you're certainly entitled to your opinion. It's true that the Beatles didn't start out as the best of musicians. But they evolved just like any other band to become better musicians. They did have some very silly songs like "I am the Walrus", " Octopuses Garden", etc. One has to wonder how you should take them seriously as musicians when you watch Magical Mystery Tour.

In 2022 Sony/ATV music publishing purchased "The Beatles" music rights for an estimated 750m to 1b dollars from the Michael Jackson estate. This has absolutely ZERO to do with John, Paul, George and Ringo.

I respect that you dislike them. I know that not everyone can like them. However, I'm wondering to how many of their songs you listened to. I Feel Fine is not one of their best songs, and besides, they're one of the greatest bands because of the many genres they played during the short span of years they were together (the 4 of them released stuff 1962-1969). Sure, many of their stuff might sound outdated, but the reality is that without the Beatles and many of the so-called "oldies and outdated bands" were geniuses in evolving music into what it is today. It's like classic music to me; it might not be my favorite, but I appreciate it for what it is and what the melodies did for their time. The Beatles dived into classic doo-wop, merseybeat, rock, folk, baroque, psychedelic, traditional indian, hard rock, and even metal (thats right, they made one of the earliest metal recordings with Helter Skelter). My point is not to say you should like but just try to respect them more. What they accomplished has been very difficult for any other artist to do in that span of time

Michael Jackson bought the whole Beatles catalogue. Paul was very pissed off about it, because he had been advising Michael to invest in music rights. Who owns it now, I don't know. For the record, I agree with you about their early stuff "I Wanna Hold Your Hand" and "Eight Days A Week" the production is beyond atrocious and the songs are brash and vacuous. I like their later stuff a lot though. Sgt Pepper is a justly lauded album.

I don’t really like “I feel fine” that much either. Their best stuff is 1966-1969 deep dive tracks. A couple of my favorite tracks are “I am the walrus” and “a day in the life.” You’re going to have to dig past the hits if you want the real gold, but like it’s been said, you’re probably a Beatle maniac and just rage baiting.

Look, I don't know what you're looking for with this type of video, if it's the anger of an entire fan base that spans generations, well you get it, BUT unlike the others I just came here to give my opinion on a question you did do in your video. You said that you don't understand why people like The Beatles so much, and in fact there are several reasons why people like this band so much. I think that to begin to understand better, you need to analyze the work from a different perspective, a time lens that today, with so much technology and musical facilities, looking at their work, especially the first half, can actually seem like a very basic sound, and I must say that even at the beginning of their career, considering the globalization of the world and the state that the music was in 1960, they already demonstrated a lot of talent, charisma, and undeniable hits. The second half of the career is much more filled with content and experimentation, which becomes more impressive considering that before them there were very few techniques and technologies developed to achieve the expected result. Basically everything we consumed in the music market after the beatles existed in some way can be linked to them. The truth is that I could stay here typing for many paragraphs various points by which I can defend my point, but really, I ended up watching some videos on your channel, and I don't want to vent anger, nor create an aggressive discussion , I just want to even put a point of view that can make you think about it. I don't agree with your summation about the Beatle's music being outdated. In my opinion, their music helped to mold a generation and it's timeless. However, Michael Jackson's estate sold the catalog to Sony and they in turn gave it back to Sir Paul McCartney after a long battle in court. Sony/ATV eventually agreed to a private settlement that gave the music rights back to him. Some copyright owners use Content ID, RU-vid's automated content identification system, to easily identify and manage their copyright-protected content on RU-vid. These sorts of Bots hunt down copyright infringement to deliver nasty RU-vid strikes. I totally disagree with how RU-vid goes about placing strikes on your channel and the mandatory viewing of their copyright video guidelines. As it is, if you are playing for less than 30 seconds, you shouldn't be given a strike. Hell, most of the time it ends up helping the content owners sell more of their material. So don't go sour on Beatles music just because of RU-vid's BS. The 4 musicians struck gold working together. While the group was together, they wrote and recorded music that influenced much of the modern music of today. Public Domain will happen 70 years after Paul McCartney dies. Is there a workaround? Maybe, have you listened to "The Analogues?" Of all the tribute bands, they are the best.

Dude, I've been saying this for years. As musicians and writers, they've exposed their own hype machine. No other "group" in history has had released incredible amateurish flaws in their recordings. The attitude becomes very apparent -- let's get this done and get the Hell outta here. Because they are not organic and never were. They are Tavistock Institute gone over at length by Mike Williams of the Sage of Quay podcast and Supernatural Beatles -- Beatles having hidden occult symbolisms both if not others have pointed out. Their talents were marginal compared to America's homegrown -- the best musicians the world ever produced from LA to NYC to Nashville to NO, to Memphis to Muscle Shoals and the Beatles were NONE of that. Because they are literally a fabrication and this is a very well documented fact. The overdubbing of the lead vocals shows McCartney and Lennon were not singers There was something going on in the 60's where lots of acts are heard having their lead vocal tracks doubled -- Leslie Gore, Ricky Nelson, Beach Boys like split personality stuff whereas Sinatra and Elvis could sing and were strong singers. If one just really studies their tracks, there's terrible guitar playing that sounds like rank and file amateurs -- jagged, uncertain, sticky, no real fluency or chops. Lennon himself said on Cavett he's just a rhythm guitar player and nothing more and had to be utterly rigorously produced to sound like anything by murderer Phil Spector. George Martin was the Beatles. They had ghost writers stem to stern. None has the musicality to come up with such lavish arrangements as are heard on Sgt. Peppers, Magical Mystery Tour and once again the Beatles sound like their hearts were never in it beyond their initial covers because they were a social engineering project of Tavistock Institute. But the proof is in their recordings. If one is a studied musician the glaring flaws are right there to be heard and pointed out. They're terrible mistake but because it's The Beatles, and everyone was into these personalities, few ever really listened or studied what was put out. Dreck, essentially.
