I never thought of this song as describing the four of them. Makes sense once I read your post. Never knew what this song was actually about. Thanks for that !
@@indiana-nan8649 Lennon wrote the song originally for Timothy Leary's "presidential campaign" that never took off. Then he re-wrote the lyrics as an homage to George and Ringo, but wrote critical lyrics about himself and McCartney. Meanwhile, he was sued by Chuck Berry for copyright infringement (the other Beatles had warned him), and he had to settle with Berry by playing (3) songs live with him on stage (for the royalties).
@bobsarasota1906 I get the Walrus reference, but can you give a hint or two as to what the other references are? Walrus Gumboot = Paul. I know they liked to hide clues in the lyrics for sure, like in ( Baby you can drive my car) referencing Paul and then saying " Here's another clue for you too" ??
I’m 16 people find it hard to believe I love old music but I do the Beatles are one of my favorites and I’ve got many more favorites I understand older music better it sounds better even though some of the lyrics don’t make sense it sounds better than music in my generation

@@traduciendoconroger.7494 Oh. Right. Thank goodness he's not driving a tractor, or on a speedboat, or maybe flying an aircraft or operating noisy machinery, that would just be unacceptabubble, wouldn't it? "How would you like your legendary 4-piece band, Sir?" "Oh, I'll have mine with an array of churning cement mixers, thanks"..
@King boris "Okay, I'll have mine with a choir of cloned King boris's - and 2 shovels-full of that churned cement - the 'glue' to hold it all together. "Yeah, and gimme 30dB of that worn crankshaft distortion - bag production, mate!" nice..
Viewing the 2nd Phase of the song involves Arms Dealing used for war. The lines in the context of an underground arms dealer involved in shadowy deals with government officials reflects a darker and more sinister interpretation of the song. The imagery of "feet down below his knee" could symbolize the deceptive nature of this individual while "Hold you in his armchair you can feel his disease" could represent the corrupting influence and destructive consequences of engaging in such illicit activities. It's a thought-provoking perspective that highlights the potential societal impact of underground arms dealing and the perpetuation of conflict and suffering it can cause to the human race.
It makes too much sense that the music 🎵🎶 industry and the movie 🎥🍿 industry are "attacked" because movies 🍿🎥 and music 🎶🎶🎵 can bring our divded country together. Also, in authoritarian countries music 🎵🎶 and certain movies that are not propaganda are banned 🚫 and outlawed... Gee, I wonder 🤔 why...
