Welcome to my channel! This is a music reaction channel. For the longest time, I've loved creating content on the internet. I started off with a gaming channel right here on RU-vid, which eventually turned into a Twitch gaming channel, but as time has gone on I've evolved into doing other things on RU-vid. For years now I've wanted to create a music channel on RU-vid, and recently just figured "why not?", so it’s time to give this a go! Give me any suggestion you have for music reactions, and I will do my best to get around to them. As music has fallen further out of my life, I figured this would be a great time to get reintroduced to music.
If you enjoy this video and my reactions make sure you subscribe to the channel, like the video and comment down below which video you would like to see me react to next.
This is a reaction video used to educate and give my feedback on the song and artists.

Paul got his scream from Little Richard. He could do pretty much anybody who came before him, and he assimilated their qualities and brought them forward. John, on the other hand, was a complete original. Together, they were yin and yang and complemented each other perfectly.

Yes, he did get his scream from Little Richard, who got to know them in Hamburg when they opened shows for him and he even went to see them play at the Cavern Club in Liverpool.

Actually, thankfully Paul McCartney has always screamed in many different ways in his career not just one got from somebody else... Even Bob Dylan said that PM could scream better than all the others...

The part that always gets me is that most of this song - like a solid 4 minutes - is nothing but "na, na na, na na na na, Hey Jude" AND IT NEVER GETS OLD. No matter how many times I hear it. It somehow gets BETTER the more it repeats. That's the magic of the Beatles, at least to me.

There’s nothing better in the universe than a song by The Beatles. It’s always phenomenal.

PLEASE go chronologically with their catalog. Part of their magic is the growth they had in such a short time.

People forget that Paul can SANG, not sing, but he SANG that song. So much heart and soul. Thanks for playing the album version; it has some nuance that the live version missed. As always, you do the best commentary on RU-vid. Always brilliant and heartfelt. You are greatly appreciated my friend.

As others have said, Paul loved Little Richard's screaming. The best outro/fade-out in music history. Never get tired of hearing it.

This one was HUGE we it was released and my sister and I wore out her 45 lol, 10 years later it would come on the radio and my friends and I would sing along with it And yes I would would play it for my kids and they sing along now And now I’m playing it for my grandkids

This is the studio version, very polished. There is a live version on some British TV station that sounds a lot like the studio record, but when they went into the"na, na na ,na," the audience came up on stage and sang with them. The intro shows how silly they could be, even if you don't react(you did this one), you might want to watch it

I’ll give you a heads up regarding the Beatles. Like other reactors, you’ll probably find yourself saying something like, “This surprised me. I wasn’t expecting something like this from them.” You’ll say it multiple times, probably. They loved trying different styles in a time of radical change in music and pretty much everything else. Glad you enjoyed this one. There’s plenty more where that came from.

Yes please, more Beatles. Definitely need to hear Tomorrow Never Knows, Strawberry Fields Forever, Penny Lane, Rain, Paperback Writer, Got to Get You Into My Life, I Am The Walrus, Day in the Life, there are just so many. That can at least get you started!

Paul wrote this song to Julian Lennon, son of Beatle John Lennon. John had recently divorced Julian's mother, Cynthia, and the song came to Paul as he was thinking of how to comfort the confused and sad boy. Julian is more than a Beatles footnote. He grew up to be a pretty great songwriter, in his own right. He released a couple of excellent albums in the early '80s.

When Paul screams like that, he's said he's trying to do his best impression of Little Richard, and he does a darned great job. As does Steven Tyler.

The song that literally could go on forever. It just doesn't wear you down, in fact it kind of sustains you. Speaking of passion this song was written for John's young son Julian who he left with his ex-wife after he started living with Yoko Ono I believe Paul really felt bad for Julian and the song was originally named hey Julian. A bit of brainstorming resulted in the name change Hey Jude

Great review! Epic song! Perhaps the fact Now and Then shot up the charts with a lot of reviewers giving it attention may give the copyright holders pause. They may realize the Beatles can use some of the publicity for sales.

This is in reference to the relationship between John Lennon's son, Julian and Yoko Ono. Paul McCartney wrote the song to ease the pain of his parents divorce and the presence of Yoko. All the other Beatles were considered honorary Uncles!

This is why this song is so powerful, Paul was singing heart to heart with Young Julian, an honest attempt to make a sad little boy feel loved. God Bless You Paul, from the little boy in all of us....

I have this single somehow, even though I was 3 years old when it was released. “Revolution” is the other side. My uncle bought me Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band the year before when it was released, so maybe he gave me this too. I was a little kid playing my little kid records and The Beatles when I was 3 years old. I know every word, but I had no idea what some of the words meant when I learned them.

To truly appreciate the genius and impact of the Beatles, you need to start at the beginning and go through all of their studio albums in sequence. Their recording career was only 8 years long, but they went from a simple rock'n'roll band, doing a lot of covers, to some of the most complex and brilliant prog rock ever written or performed. The speed at which they evolved, and dragged the whole music and popular culture along, is astonishing.

Definitely more Beatles please. The Beatles have influenced so many bands and genres for decades. Progressive rock in particular, bands like Yes King Crimson and Genesis have all paid tribute to the Beatles in their music. The innovation that the Beatles brought in their later recordings opened the imaginations of a generation of great musicians. It doesn't end there of course, their song writing talents resound through the decades....and they achieved all this when they were still very young.

This song was usually #1 or #2 in every rock station countdown of best songs of all time at least through the 90's. Don't think many stations do that anymore. Stairway to Heaven always won. American Pie by Don McLean was usually 3rd. Not even close to my favorite Beatles song though.

Written for John's son, Julian, who was going through a rough period. I always thought those na na na's went on just a little too long myself. But I agree with the previous comment. There is no other band that had quite the impact the beatles did. And most all of their solo stuff is amazing.

Sorry to use this reaction to talk about this subject, but I thought it was timely because I'm a big fan of The Beatles and The Warning. What happened that you interrupted the reactions of the show at Lunario and you haven't done a reaction for a long time? I know it's your channel and you can do whatever you want, but I found this very strange. I really like your reactions and you seemed so excited about the band. Did something upset you?
