Hi Marty. Thanks for the great content. I'm wondering how much of what we're hearing (in terms of tone) is guitar vs patch on the katana. I've downloaded your available patches for the katana and love them BTW. I use a s>hollow guitar sim to get my break up tone.

This guitar solo is my favourite guitar solo in all of music. No one plays it as George did. He had a touch that was divine.

After 10 years of aimlessly strumming basic chords on my acoustic, I finally bought a new Epiphone Les Paul and started seriously trying to learn and improve on guitar. I’ve spent the past few months learning through Marty and my playing has increased leaps and bounds. So satisfying being to able to nail stuff I never thought I’d be able to play. Let me be the one to tell you it gets easier. It sounds cliche, but practicing everyday is the way. I never thought I'd be able to play anything close to this. Advice I wish I got a bit earlier is take one thing and practice it everyday until it gets easier and easier. Hope this helps my friend.

I've only been playing for a year, and have maybe six or eight songs down, and can do this solo now. It will get easier. Now if only I could play as well as Marty LOL. Also that extended solo he did, I feel like I'll NEVER do, but I haven't even tried to tackle that yet. That sumbitch has fast changes. One day...

@@chuckydall9250 There is a RU-vid named Struthless who hammered that idea into my head and changed the way I played guitar ever since. I took let it be by The Beatles and practice it day and night and bled into other areas on the guitar. I don't know what strikes your fancy but would love to hear some of your guitar insights!
