5:58 I wanted my kitchen loft shelves also to be level with the regular shelves. But the contractor insisted that the loft was always protruding compared to the regular shelves. I like the idea of the loft being flush with the regular cabinets. Good work.

Aren't the colour of the lights in living room and kitchen too warm??? It's looking heavy for the usability and guess warm white is not recommended especially on kitchen counter top !!

Mostly it's because it's warm yellow, not warm white. Warm white is mellow and like sunlight, not so strikingly yellow.

I felt like you've done so much better than this.. But then I thought, this is customised as per client's requirements, so I understand... It is difficult for you to be there in different sites all the time so maybe you should hire a video editor or videographer who will take videos of your projects (you don't have to be there all the time, you can do a voice over instead) and post it on RU-vid regularly. You can make a good income out of it too plus it will be amazing for us ⭐

Waoo just amazing. You always do super wory. I like peace art. (White Circle.). In my kitchen cabinets corner hings which is use with all cabinet doors for auto close... That door broke after 15,16 days . These are very small to hang door... We repair it 2 times.

It's really nice, but I don't think it will be nice to sit and work as your legs won't be able to go inside the table, basically there will be some distance between ur seat and the table which will be uncomfortable to sit and work.

This house has a fancy novelty that likely has a very short life span. How long before the residents and regular guests get bored of all the hotel-like glitz? It's important that a house looks like a home rather than a hotel room or hospital or office building. Once the novelty wears off and only a few years roll by, a glitzy house starts looking like a dated building that tries too hard.

The bedroom back wall art piece looks good but would be a nightmare to Clean and if unclean it would look very bad ..textured surface though look very nice but are not very practical due to the fact that they cant be cleaned properly

Your sence of design, Material selection is too good as always..but due to too much of light in the room or video none of the material is properly visible rather the fault in texture paint near wardrobe corner is more easily visible 😀..also there is no leg space under study table how the person is going to seat there !
