Dear friends, thank you for coming back to my company, today I am preparing some heart-shaped biscuits for Ivan, a small gift from me for Valentine's Day (even if I ate most of them). With a scrap of wood from the table/trolley I made a table centerpiece using the fake dècupage technique, I must say that it turned out quite well, and in a short time.

SHORTCRUST RECIPE:
250 g 00 flour
50 g potato starch
90 g icing sugar
140 g butter cut into pieces
vanilla extract or vanillin
3 g baking powder
2 egg yolks
FOR THE ICING:
150 g melted dark chocolate
20 g butter
COOKING:
in a static oven at 180° for 12 - 13 minutes
ventilated oven 170° for the same time
