I do the base-to-tip wiggle with mascara as well. When I do my second coat, I just do the tips to lengthen.

Nikol, I honestly wish I was in my 20s and seeing & learning from your tutorials, as they are inspiring and absolutely wonderful to watch! I was only 17 in 1980 when I got married and had my first wee girl, who sadly died in January 1983, when I was expecting my first son, who's now 40! I missed out on doing all the teenage things my friends did, and now at the ripe (old?) age of 61, this mum of 6 and Gran of 3, is seeing that there's maybe something good just around the next corner... For the past 11 years I've been disabled, and for the first time in my life, after my second husband left last August, I'm on my own, with no savings and very little income. Despite all that, I've decided that I'll put a little money away so that when your brushes and makeup are available in the UK, I'll definitely be doing my best to try your amazing products. Meanwhile, please keep doing what you're doing, and teaching us to become a better version of ourselves. Thank you for all these tutorials I'm finally catching up with! I had to tell you this little story.I knew a lady who is my age,58.Her mascara looks so,so thick.Like spiders.She told me she has never taken mascara off,ever.She just piles it on top.Oh my goodness its so thick.Can you imagine. Having the same mascara on from decades. I do hope our eyelashes regrow. 😊

The lymphatic tool for the body is very similar to the Gua Sha for the face. I use this tool with oil and see immediate improvement in the contour of my face. I also us a pink quartz roller one side for the face and the smaller for the eye area, which reduces puffiness. I love the fact that the body is being addressed, we care for our faces but must not neglect our bodies, moisturizing daily.

Anyone out there like the term “skin preservation” instead of “anti aging”? I’ll be entering my 6th decade next month and I’m aging. Nothing “anti” about it. Better than the tool is a lymphatic massage. Years ago I had a shoulder dislocated and the lymphatic massage specialist made me recover very fast. Try to find one in your area! The tool might help but a person who is specialized in it is much better. Weleda products are top. I like them too. Love your videos!

Yes it’s a brightening power I have a cool neutral complexion and I use it to set my concealer under my eyes and T-Zone. It’s a light dusting you are not applying heavy coverage.

Every night I could feel my legs swelling, so much so that the skin was actually tight. That was after sitting and watching videos and TV shows for a few hours at a time at my desk sitting up in a chair. But the biggest change happened when I fixed my diet which fixed my blood sugar I went keto, lost a bunch of weight which I suspect was mostly liquid that I was retaining. And getting my blood sugar under control I think really did it for me in addition to losing a lot of weight. Nicole obviously does not need to lose weight but there may be a blood sugar issue ladies so do get that checked out and do keto it’s much more effective than having little measured amounts of sugar and still eating carbs every meal. Even whole grains can make trouble. I do have a little bit of carbs now that I’m at my target weight, especially in the form of fruit. And very small servings of rice or bread. But NOT three meals a day mostly carbs with a little bit of cheese or protein thrown in like I used to

You are stunning, me on the other hand, I weigh 245 lb and have multiple chronic diseases and I really want my life back but I don’t know how. I always enjoy watching your videos! And, this may seem like a very small thing, but I love that you say "ladies" and not "you guys" like so many others do. I am not a guy and prefer not to be addressed as one. Others may disagree, but I appreciate how you address us! I think it would be great to see you do a video that address working out for older women. Some of us are not so agile anymore and, while it may be possible to get into shape, it takes time. Not all swelling is due to lymph serum collecting in extremities etc. Your heart may not be pumping properly, you may have kidney problems and are collecting water. In short, check yourself out with your doctor before you invest in something that may be cosmetic when what you need is real medicine!
