Hi Ranveer! I am an MBA, Marketing Graduate currently working one of the Top Pvt insurance indian company as Sales Development Manager since last one year. Bro, can I join Monk-E by any chance??
@BeerBiceps In your video Viraj says try to learn more and not just work from 9 to 6 to get in eye of the hierarchy. Don’t you think it is contradictory to many of your other videos? Why can’t somebody work from 9 to 5, learn everything needed and perform well. Quality of work is important, not the length of time you work. I have watched many of your videos, they are inspiring.
@@jaynilvora1791 Good point! It is a popular ideology in the corporate culture where they expect the executives or entry level employees to work their asses of, even if it is on the expense of sacrificing their personal lives. I don't care how chill the office is or how ambitous the assignment seems, once I'm done with my 8-9 hours I am outta there. (unless there's extra compensation ofc)
One most important thing that i had learned from your videos is "being greatful". You always give credit to your team, which is amazing. Your videos are refreshing and most importantly value oriented. Thank you so much ❤️
Viraj you're really brilliant. Hearing you so openly was very helpful and motivating. *Thank you! Hopefully I'm going to put up more efforts with consistency in the coming months.* Best podcast I saw till now on sm.👌🏻
Such a motivational conversation! Out of all the words, what stays with me the most is that you guys have actually thought of this nation. How many people have this mentality of contributing their share in developing India? Most of the people around me keep saying that we will shift abroad as India is not that comfortable place they want to live in. Really happy to see that someone is thinking differently and inspiring others to contribute! All the best for this new venture.
Chat with entrepreneur in software or in IT field who made company or organisation from scratch . His skills Difficulty coming while starting of organisations Guidance to new generation
Okay, so I'm a final year engineering student. While clicking on this video I thought I couldn't watch even 5 mins, but it's 30mins and over. The job you guys are doing is just awesome. The way you guys are presenting the content is rather inspiring. I watch your most of the videos, but this the 1st time I'm ever commenting in your video, but to be completely honest your videos helped me a lot previously to be a better version of myself. At this point of life where I'm about to step in professional life, your content helps me to be a little more knowledgeable about the practical things about life, the parts which our college syllabus won't teach us. So thank you @BeerBiceps for your great work. Keep growing. Huge love and support.
Thanks for new ideas..loved a lot... I wish I would be in Mumbai to be a part of it. Being a CA Final student would have loved to accept the challenge..

What a brilliant episode!! Ranveer I'm your oldest subscriber. I have seen you grow. This was the best thing that I've watched in probably in last whatever time. It's great to see even after being from engineering background you are not stuck with MNCs and doing something that you believe in and have passion is. I really wish getting this comment for myself someday soon. Great work!
Super super stuff. Loved the part about hiring at 14.30 because I think that's a problem pretty much everyone is facing...start ups as well as established companies.
