Yes of course. Interesting the breather pipes had shrunk and wouldn't easily reconnect to the tank. This shrinkage had also meant they had pulled the trim out at the top of the back quarters. Ive now fixed this by extending the breathers with new hose.
Trust me here.... add some sealer (sikaflex etc) beween the caps on the CV drive shafts. Best to slacken the allen bolts, pull the "cap" back, degrease and then add some sealer. This will stop the oil in the grease from flying all over your brakes. Cheers Mark
Nice job Ian-the car looks great. Have been impressed with your work . Looking forward to you driving it, seeing how well it runs, and how your motor is. Hope you like the CV joints vs donuts. Let us know what you think of the green stuff pads, been thinking of trying out Mintex pads on my 69 S4 when time for replacement. Cheers-Mark
I used green stuff pads on my Plus 2 many years ago and found the dust from them was very corrosive. Maybe in the UK you dont notice as everything under the car corrodes anyhow !
Sorry you're having problems with the sound level. I've check my end and the level seems OK to me. I assume you have tried turning the volume up on your device?
