*The problem with the Dreadnought?* The captains never bring the ship close enough so the AA can actually target infantry in line of sight, since it has amazing range *The problem with the Armored Train?* Infantry on the same side never give it support (no, not dropping ammo boxes) so opposing players are always swarming it *The problem with the Zeppelin?* Snipers are chilling in the back taking shots at the gunners farming kills one right after the other and the pilots aren't going straight for the stationary AA guns, dropping the big bombs on them *The problem with the Char 2C?* Most of the time drivers are not taking objectives, rather they move in between the objectives trying to kill as much as they can. ptfo
Ogalbyer Monchalesk are you kidding me?? Not only does that AA gun mean the planes are not getting anywhere NEAR your infantry, it does incredible splash damage to bunched up dudes. It's not useful taking the last castle objectives on Fao Fortress, but it is on every single objective leading up to it. And also, smart guy, go play turning tides, get in a boat, and i dare you to get in range of either the l-class destroyer or the behemoth's AA guns. If they have even just DECENT aim, have fun getting fucked
Drewbie UnderFire I don't think you understand where I'm coming from. I'm willing to bet you're one of those dickheads who takes a tank hunter kit and then hides at the back of the map sniping people...
you shuld have mentioned the dreadnought is based on the HMS iron Duke class battleship. HMS dreadnought is what you are describing. that ship revolutionized ship building, and so ships after it where called dreadnoughts. however the ship in battlefield 1 is HMS Iron Duke
Another video looking at Battlefield 1 v Real Life. Dice have done a great job with the way these things look but I'm not so sure they are really needed in the next Battlefield. Levolution or Behemoths?
You forgot, the USS Texas is trying to be maintained, right now as we sit here it's disintegrating from the hull up. Either it was Henry or Winchester that's making a rifle that commemorates who served on it and the ship itself for a little less than $13,000.
I have two funny stories to tell based off gameplay of the game The first one was that a behemoth blimp spond in the gamemode shock operations And almost all my teammates changed to our support classes and destroyed the blimp in 1 sector My other story is on the "wall of stone" operation to where when the drednot(butchered the spelling) spawned my whole squad got on a little gunner boat and went around the drednots field of view and hid right next to it and all of use brought it down to half heath
Dreadnoughts were used only once in ww1 in the battle of Jutland when 3of the German dreadnoughts were sent to destroy naval bases in Britain but the Brits used 4 of them 1 german one sunk and the rest were badly damage the char 2c was used by the French in ww1 and was used for propaganda in ww2 it had a crew of 12
Fun fact about the USS Texas: It's the only battleship to hit it's targats on D-Day because the captain ordered the starboard blister tanks flooded so the ship would tilt and the guns could get a better arc. It's also the only ship to serve in all 5 theatres of war.
In my experience, they can help a ton if used right, especially the char 2c and the airship. If brought onto objectives, then they do a ton of damage. However, a lot of behemoth pilots just sit in the back and do nothing, making them useless
It's the players fault that's using the behemoths: The armored train can cap 3 points in Sinai desert and the train moves much more faster than any other maps but people use it as a camping mortar instead of an advancing 6 players moving bunker. The airship is pretty useful considering you can cap all points and be an AC-130 gunship you can also parachute from the airship which made it more effective the only weakness are the AA guns and Burton lmr support gun but no one fucking cares about the balloon so that's why it's destroyed quickly. The dreadnought is just like the armored train but on sea and slow it has 4 turrets that 2 players can use and AA guns to defend the ship it's not pretty much effective on conquest but its a breakthrough in operations but the problem is the driver of the dreadnought won't turn sideways making the player controlling the second turret unable to shoot and sometimes the driver gets too fucking close to the shore giving the fortress gun and infantry damages the ship also the AA guns are good for defending against torpedo boats but because most of them are fucking blind. It's all about teamwork
The HMS Dreadnought was the flagship of the British naval fleet and was mostly used as a ram basically. It actually once almost ran into another British ship when it ran into a German sub, splitting the sub in half.
As far as i know there has never been a tank larger than the char 2c? Which operational tank was larger in size? Yes there have been alot heavyer tanks like the maus although even that tank was smaller is size. Just thought u should know that ur most likely wrong about an operational tank being larger in size like u said!
