There’s a video explaining that professional eaters are usually super healthy except for the contest meals which is like one day per ten days of healthy eating . So even if they eat 10000 calories one day the rest of the days the eat less and workout

Lately I have been going through a lot of health problems related to my gastric system. Fortunately, it doesnt seem to be extremely serious, but I cant stop feeling jealous toward someone enjoying food so much. Food truly is one of the greatest pleasures in life. Being able to eat any kind of food, healthy or junky, is quite a blessing. Hopefully I´ll be able to recover and get to appreciate a good meal once again.

I think the worst part about some of these challenges is how much his jaw must hurt after so much chewing. Chewing for 20 minutes or more, he must be able to crack macadamia nuts with his bite.
