the best bencher of all time. clean press. not letting the weight rest and bumping it back up with a hip and belly thrust like the new guys.

Also think he could have EASILY smashed the strict curl record by at least 20 pounds! He is doing 225 with pretty good form for multiple reps

I think kirill would have already broken the 800 pound bench mark if he did not venture off into other things. His form is the best I have ever seen under the amount of weight he is using. He doesn’t even use leg drive or his whole body together! I could just imagine. I also think he could have easily been the worlds strongest man if he dedicated himself to that. At 6 foot 6 inches and around the 400 pound mark he would have been the ideal combination of strength and power. And I also think if he would have stuck with powerlifting that he would have the raw world record in the SHW class and maybe of all time.

Had? He can still do great things. He's just smart and trying to make money. The vast majority of your favorite powerlifters are either broke or have to do regular jobs 😂

He would do well in strongman like the Arnold Classic. Not sure about WSM though as for that you need speed and skill with the events. A shame as WSM is less about strength these days.

Misprint. The title should say Julius maddox! Kirill was great though!

If strong and fat with so so technique is your cup of tea, you're right. But if you prefer a trained athlete with the best benchpress technique ever, together with a relatively "small" physical appearance, choose Kirill.
