I do this to make it easier to take: In the mornings i add these things to my Blender: Water, Salt to taste, Cloves, Chia Seeds, Cayenne, and Lime w peel, This way it is absolutely delicious and goes down smooth. - You can add any other seasonings you like, like Cinnamon etc.,. But it is excellent if you leave the bitter taste as is. Do not add any sugar for best taste. IMO

Since applying aloe vera , now completely solved. Still i am using. I have some plants in my home. Will start eating also for good results.

I love aloe Vera .. coz one tym when I go to my village pool I go so much allergic spots in my full body .. n I dunno anything I have aloe Vera in my home so unknowingly I used it n all people for sure I told u it get remove within 7 days n daily use of its gel u will see ur skin changes by urself

Mam need immediate suggestion.... Yesterday i swallowed small alovera peice after removing peel and cleaned... After one hour onwards i am feeling some tightness in middle of lungs... Not more.. Lightly... Today also..Better than yesterday.. But still some tightness there when i am moving shoulders and chest area..what to do.. pls tell.. Note : i am covid recovered patient ..1 month completed..upto last week i suffered with gastric..it is reduced 1 week back.. Yesterday i ate at 11 am on empty stomach..until then i drank water and buttermilk only... This is the first time i ate alovera... Pls suggest me what to do... Age : 29 , Male

You're definitely suppose to wash the aloe vera thoroughly after peeling and cutting it. The yellow gel that comes out isn't good for consumption or applying to skin.

You can grind all these cubes 10-12 cubes and add that juice 2tbsp into a warm mixture of water ,add honey and lemon !!!its easy and not bitter at all

There's no rule, just consume anytime u like.wash it thoroughly for 7 times. Don't take the green part, use it for skin and hair.

Friend I suggest that you analyse your food habits. May be eating moderately, and eating only when you are hungry will solve your problem. Also do not eat after about 8 p.m. in the evening. Please avoid smoking and drinking if you have these habits. Your problems should be gone if you follow this.

I heard that one should not eat alovera or drink aloevera juice if you are on blood pressure medication. Does eating alovera eliminate the effects of bp tablets.And also tell me the quantity of alovera juice and how many days in week I should drink.

My pleasure As I have shown in the video cut the pieces for 2 to 3 days and consume it quickly. Rest of the long leaf keep in frig and according to need cut into small squares. Leaf also use it before 10 days to get the good & quick results Wish You Good Luck & Stay Blessed :)
