One of the mistakes many of us make when starting out in bonsai is to plant immature trees into ceramic bonsai pots. This restricts the growth of the trees, effectively putting its development into slow motion.
I’m taking several of my earliest bonsai trees and counterintuitively taking a step backwards, in order to push their development forward.
