Training outside was one of the best decisions I made six months ago. It gave me a fresh perspective and allowed me to spend more time outdoors. This is very much needed as the modern culture is so much dominated by staying inside. I felt like there were potential health problems coming from this lifestyle.
Training calisthenics outside has also increased my motivation to train and gave me a routine that I truly love. It has been so easy to stick to and it is something I truly look forward to.
I hope someone who may be stuck right now will consider getting outside more and try to train outside. The combination of these two things can be life changing.
