The Bermuda Hundred A Cross Between The Mai Tai and A Negroni 

The Bermuda Hundred was created by Beth Dixon. Beth claims this is a cross between a Mai Tai and a Negroni. It is actaully very close to a Jungle Bird the differences being a substitution of gin for rum and orgeat for demurara syrup. It has that tropical sweetnes and bitterness. BERMUDA HUNDRED
1.5 oz/45 ml Gin
.75 oz/22.5 ml Campari
1.5 oz/45 ml Pineapple Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Lime Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Orgeat
Method
1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker tin.
2. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds.
3. Strain tino a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. Garnish with a Lime wedge and a Maraschino Cherry.
