I give my parents scratch tickets for Christmas. From time to time, my dad scratched his and was about to throw them away when he asked me to check them, and there was a $100 winner.
I grab tickets that people throw away at the scratcher machine and scan them to earn points here in the Oklahoma lottery and the other day someone threw away a 100 dollar winner on a $20 dollar ticket
Miss a match on any of the winning numbers to your numbers, you may throw cash in the trash, especially winning tickets falsely identified as losing tickets
Found you on my home page as a suggested, and when u mentioned about accidentally tossing a winner, it made me think of the time I was in Toronto Canada, struggling and I found a $50 CAD Crossword winner crumpled up like it was a loser. I counted about $15 in words, but when I scanned it I got an even bigger surprise seeing it was worth more! :D It helped me out and made my day when it happened.
Brilliant Andre, what a session, just shows that you have to scan the tickets, especially a whole book ! Here in the UK we cannot self scan you'd have to take them back to the store and get the shop assistant to do it. I think very few people do that and I shudder to think how many winners have been thrown away. Well done again to you and Thomas. 👍🌟👏
Same here in Germany. You have to take them back to the store and have them scanned. I never do well on these things. Won 1€ yesterday, after spending 10€.
Yea it happened to my grandma all the time! Back 30 plus years ago my mom and granny had to go to Georgia to scratch cause they didn’t have the lottery in Tennessee then and she would throw all her losers in the floor. I would go through them and found a $500 winner she had thrown in the floor thinking she had lost!
In New York when we buy a $5 ticket when you win and scratch the prize the lowest number is the amount of the ticket. So if I win multiple times it’s a min of $5 per number matched
Well it weren't exactly profitable he lost around $22.50. Making a profit would mean he would have to win any amount over the money he paid . So he paid $150. They won $255. Then you have to split that in two, meaning effectively they get $127.50 back each. Meaning he made a loss off $22.50. Still a very good book considering how much they made back from $300 however. Losing $45 Is nothing to be ashamed of
I scratched a $10,000 ticket. It was a gift from my aunt and uncle two Christmas ago. I scratched the 5 they got me. Nothing. Last one hit $10,000 My parents yelled at me to give it back them. They struggle. Messed up they actually took it. I was like why do you give them if you don’t want the person to win big and keep it.
With this profit book GRODS time to invest in a money machine to go along with your buzzer ( or whatever you say is not working) I've missed tickets often and when you scratch a whole book of 60 tickets, eyes get tired! Amazing content 👌
I’m debating on buying a a whole book for my channel on Nelson’s scratch off madness but do you suggest doing it live or over the course of two months to help get subs?
Nice book and catch on the misses! I save all my losers for tax purposes. I also get losers from friends too. I check them once a month and always find winners🤑
I saved all my "losers" for a week..I play a lot..At the end of the week I had a 2 inch thick stack of tickets I scanned with my app. I almost threw away $390...Always, always, always scam your tickets .. I've hit a 25k, two 10ks a 5k and three 2500k and too many 1000's to count..I LOVE going to the Bay Meadows lotto office!!!...
I always scan my bingo and cash word’s because I miss stuff all the time so I thought I lost on a bingo, scanned it, 500 bucks!! I was going to a Cleveland Cavaliers game that night so it came in real handy!!!
im surprised there are no lawsuits for stuff like this cause if the odds of winning are 1 in 4 and it was over 10 tickets before a win that is not 1 in 4
Lol wow someone doesn't understand probability. Also he missed a win on ticket #3 so there were 2 wins in the first 10. Which means thats still the probability chance. But still that doesn't matter. Its not 1 win in every 4 straight tickets. Its in all of the tickets they print out that 25% of them will be winners. Its like when he got back to back wins thats not 1 in 4. Stay in school.
I bought 5 of the $2 Holiday tiickets, and got a $500.00 win on one of them. I put $400.00 of it in my bank account, and kept $100.00 to use for Christmas
Congrats on your winnings Session!! I did that once bought a book of $5-cost about $400 and won $300.00 still not to shabby at all. No I didn't record it, sorry about that.
