The arc a580 is what i bought for my cousins pc with i3 12100 and it really is goat for under $200 for Roblox the igpu got barely over 50 and with the arc a580 his Roblox game ran at 150 fps
Upgraded my decade old laptop with a GTX 770m to a pc with a 4070 super recently, and all your videos and website builds helped me a bunch. Appreciate the content man, keep up the good work!
I really like how you take the time to review each card and give the pros/cons of each, other channels just rush through them and leave you confused instead. The longer video format is great 👍
If you got the 12 gig version you're doing pretty good too. 3060 is a little old but for the right price it's good. Id stick to 1080p unless you play competitive games
Yooo, tell me about it! I have a 3440×1440 and bulding a pc for it. I'm really into amd with the more vram this screen needs. Even tho the 4070 ti super sounds apealing. What do you think?
@@crispinalexander7550 I've had the card for about 2 months now, and its awesome. I can run essentially every game at 160 fps at native resolution 3440x1440. The ray tracing is mid, but thats not why you buy an amd card. I got my XfX merc 310 for like $700. You will not find the same level of performance for the money anywhere else. The 7900xt is an amazing value at the $700 price point. The 20 gigs of vram definitely helps at 4k as well. The way how I have my pc setup currently is a 1440p ultrawide on my desk, and a 4k tv mounted on the wall if I want to game with a controller on the couch. For a majority of new triple A games you can get around 90 fps at native 4k and for the most graphically demanding games a locked 60 fps. This card is definitely a jack of all trades, I personally built a pc to play at crazy fps even when I don't need to lol, so i prefer to play on the ultrawide most of the time.
@@rb_block the 6950xt does beat the 7900gre in some but not all games and in some games the 7900gre beats the 6950xt. Most of the time the difference between the two is around 5 fps give or take at the resolution I play at and I was having a hard time finding a new 6950xt in white.
@@ScatterVolt actually i do have the finals (not the game ) in exactly 23 days and then im free for around 2.5 months and about the 3060 people buy it instead of the 4060 cuz one in any country where there are no micro centers u can get it for at least 50 $ less and 2 amd equivalents are almost always more expensive
I just got the 7800XT last month I was waiting to get the 7900gre due to you saying it was worth it over the 7800xt but for $460 on Newegg felt like it was too good a deal to pass up
Really enjoying your videos since I’m about to build my first pc for gaming and AV production. Picked up a used 6750xt for $279 from New Egg this morning.
@@johnkotis9410That’s the one I’ve been using with an i5 12600k runs fortnite, overwatch etc on most games medium-high I get all 240 frames my monitor can handle.
@@johnkotis9410 That’s the one I have been using with a i5 12600k. Works like a charm in 1080p pumping 240+ frames out on most games, medium-high settings.
Your channel is one of the best I have seen in the field of technology, and unfortunately, I have only discovered it now. Mashallah = GOD bless you, you have made great and impressive efforts over the past ten years, and they have now borne fruit. Keep moving forward, and best of luck. I am your follower from Kuwait. You sir are a saviour. I'm in the process of buying parts for my new gaming rig and wasn't sure what was good anymore. Long story short, I had the Ryzen 9 7900x CPU and the RX7900 GRE card in my basket but couldn't decide what card I wanted. This video has just made that decision for me. Thank you so much
I'm probably gonna go with the 4080 Super since I plan on doing heavy blender stuff in which 7900 XTX is outperformed by even like 4070's. Although I'm getting it in like June-July so I might wait for 50 series if there's any announcements from Nvidia themselves
Is my cpu and gpu bottlenecked I have a ryzen 7600 And a RX 6800 Paired with a Gigabyte M27Q monitor I have infinix GT 20 Pro gaming phone A laptop for multitasking that I got after gambling 4 alienware boxes
The text on screen was right, but I was on listening for the first 3 minutes and you kept saying 6700xt instead of 6750xt. LOL I really enjoy your videos and your website is really great too.
7900XTX is also the best option if you play COD, as that engine favors AMD hardware. With that said, I quite like Nvidia software especially FG. You do need to have system resources available to take advantage of those things though.
If you can afford the 7900 xtx go for it. In terms of raw performance it’s better than a 4080 super and just behind a 4090. But if Ray Tracing is important to you, you want a better upscaler, & you want to save a couple bucks I say go for the 4070 Ti Super. I personally have this graphics card since I got on sale for $710 including tax. And it’s been great for my use case, I usually play single player games and having DLSS and Ray tracing on some of the titles I play (Cyberpunk 2077) makes the experience better. It really depends on the games you play if you mostly play multiplayer shooters and need the higher FPS definitely go for the 7900 XT or XTX.
Great that you pointed out the AMD 6000 series cards first. They are such a steal. AMD must just want to clear out stock. Although in a just world that's how they normally be priced. Been building a lot of bulk builds with the 7800 XT OC Hellhound by PowerColor for $489.99. What a powerhouse of a card.
Ive been waiting for this one! Only 3 weeks of exams left, and ill finally be able to play elden ring after two years of waiting 😭 Or maybe youll have a new video by then 😂
Thx for great content. I appreciate the honesty saved 1800 outta 2500 for pc so far think I’m gonna go with 7900 xtx , I only really play Fortnite son got me into it and he wants to stream gorilla tag and vr games thx so much again I know nothing about pc so very informative thx and take care can’t wait for next video
I just recently got into PC gaming and I've been watching your channel nonstop trying to learn as much as i can. I started with GeForce Now just so i could play and learn mouse and keyboard. Now that I've gotten pretty decent with M&K, i want to build my own because there are some games that have a lot of latency and stutter issues on GeForce Now. I honestly thought mouse micro stutter was a common issue when i first started because it was so bad on GN. It was so bad that it made me want to just go back to console gaming. Apparently that is just GeForce Now issues and not common on a good PC. Anyway, i really appreciate your videos and look forward to learning more.

Pure Power 12 M 1000W PSU - NZXT H6 Flow RGB Black - AMD Ryzen 7 7800x3d - Hellhound AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX 24GB I have no experience in building PC's so I would love some feedback from some proffesionals, pre-builds are so overpriced and full of mistakes😅
The 4060/4060ti were a total letdown by Nvidia... The biggest difference is they took the memory bus and cut it in half 256 to 128bit, however they have made other improvements to the card but that reduction alone effectively neutered these cards. It's more like what a 4050 card should've been. In a select few games the 4060 may end up performing better but it's certainly not an upgrade from the 3060 and better saving up to get a 4070 or better.
good to see you making so good content,it motivates me💪 I will pair an r5 3600 with an rtx 2060 super 2nd handed this summer(here in Spain are very few AMDs and the market is inflated).I will play Battlefields,R6S,total war,Manor Lords,RDR2 1080p 60fps high. My question is,i can lower even more this hardware in prize and still get thag performance?economy is a priority. Thanks for reading
@@nblastoise4479 I would but now I think I may be settling for the rx6600 or the xt ver all I’m hearing is that it’s better especially with the power consumption
Don't forget the 6700XT/6750XT have the same exact core. You can OC the 6700XT yourself to 6750XT core clock speed for daily use with very little impact on temps and power. I got a Sapphire Nitro+ 6700XT for $250 used last summer, amazing value to performance, especially with frame gen on almost any game.
Wish I knew about the 7900gre for my first gaming pc but I already bought the 7800xt and i actually got it for 700 CAD compared to the gre which is 800 CAD and I don’t wanna ship it back just to pay an extra hundred for the 7900 gre but I do want to get the 7900xtx in the future.
I love this video... totally agree Rx 6700xt/6800xt are such good cards theres no need to waste money on the newest "meh" stuff when you can spend it somewhere else
Is the 6800 XT at $402 I saw that on UFD tech video, cause it would be a bit crazy,in EU i got my 6700 XT for around that price new, before they started to run out of stock, sadly some EU countries have very overpriced pc Parts
I have the RTX 4090 for my main PC, but looking to upgrade my 2nd PC (RTX 3070 Ti) with either the RX 7900 GRE or RTX 4070 Super. The RTX 4070 Super is €7 more than the 7900 GRE. Which one would you recommend? This PC will be used by my wife more than myself.
I mainly play Warzone and some RPG's like RDR2, Assassin's Creed and Cyberpunk, so I will go with Rx7900 GRE. I mean RTX4070 Super does have DLSS, but FSR will also keep on improving. But you cannot "improve/upgrade" a 12 GB VRAM to 16 GB VRAM (which is the main deciding factor for me).
@ScatterVolt I thought so too and my friend helped out since he's more of a pc nerd compare to me. Can't wait to finally being able to play these games I've own so much better
I currently have a 3060. I've been thinking what to upgrade to and I was thinking a 4060ti. Glad I watched this first. Think I'll wait for the 50 series then opt for a 4080 super or something when they come down in price a little more
I still think the 1080 Ti is the goat of used GPUs that still deliver great performance for such a low price. It's similar performance to the RTX 2080 which is still a very capable card but it doesn't have Ray Tracing & DLSS (DLSS is great but we're talking cheap great performance)
I just wanted to say THANK YOU for not talking a million miles an hour and trying to do a video in 10-15 minutes, explaining differences in products and making everything easier to understand! Just deleted half my other subscriptions of RU-vidrs that do these videos because of the speed talking and just rambling off numbers faster than I can comprehend it!
@@ScatterVolt toasty bros for one, gamers nexus isn’t as bad but goes through things at warp speed just spouting out numbers and abbreviations of specs that I have no idea what he’s talking about just to name a couple.
@@ScatterVolt toasty bros have awesome build videos and have a lot of links to the equipment they use in the builds like yourself but you just get lost in translation if you don’t keep up with short hand computer terms. I do like their random build videos just to watch for fun lol.
The RX 6950 XT was such a good buy back when you could get it for $550 - $600. Also fun fact, RX 6000 while not having AV1 encoding it still has AV1 decoding.
Got a 4070 super earlier this year... I can run most games even at 4k at great fps. I think this card will do me good for the next 5 yrs or so, I don't mind going down to 1440p or reduce a few setting sliders in the future
I am building my first pc I am using rtx 4070 in it Why i didnt choose super ? Bcoz its 100 to 120 dollars more expensive than 4070 in my country Why i didnt choose 7900 gre ? Bcoz i wont to do data science with gaming and for data science amd gpu are not considered good Did i made the right decision
Ok I have a 4070 super FE. 12gb VRAM is ok for now. I like Nvidia because of the single 12vhpwr connector. One and done no adapters with my modular PSU. the 12vhpwr needs to be the standard.
I really dont understand GPUs. Shouldn’t the 40 series be better than the the 30 series? How? And how come the rx7000 series works worse than some 6000 series. Need comprehensive answer
That 6750XT for $300 is very nice along with the $160 A580. We have $185 A580 $225 RX6650XT /$245 RX7600 $270 RTX4060 $315 RX6750XT $360 RX6800 / $365 RX7700XT $450 RX7800XT / $505 7900 GRE $485 RTX4070 / $535 Super + VAT here in Europe.
More than happy with my RTX 4080 Super. I could get the RX 7900XTX but I decided to go for the RTX 4080S because of productivity, gaming and streaming of course. No issues at all plus the GPU is very power efficient
It would also be interesting to know how to perform a safe overclock with the software either in a short or in a video. It would also be interesting to know how to perform a safe overclock with the software either in a short or in a video.
Hi! I am watching your videos recently, because I want to build new PC. So I would like to know what is better to do with case - buy with preinstaled fans or without fans?
I'm still of the opinion that a $70 price difference when spending $1000 is completely worth it for DLSS alone (not FG). I have an xtx and at the time the price difference was massive, but until amd improves FSR significantly, the premium for the 4080s kinda just makes sense.
@@user-dm2hr3qk9lyes. Significantly so. If you aren’t going to use dlss or ray tracing then I honestly don’t see how nvidia could even be an option for anyone and if you aren’t getting at least a 70’s card from them then ray tracing shouldn’t even be a consideration. Dlss is meh to me unless you pair it with ray tracing.
@@jimdob6528 yeah. Of course I wouldn't buy rtx 3050. That just came with my computer. I think I could buy this one or do you have a recommendation for with a max price of 350€?
PSU also is something to consider. I have a 600w and a 13400f, If I buy a 6800xt I would be really on the edge and I would have to expend extra for a better PSU and maybe also in a better CPU, rising the prices a lot.
I see currently on the AMD store on Amazon that the 7600 and 7600x are coming substantially down in price. 148 at the moment for the 7600. Idk if anyone has posted about it yet, so I'm commenting this as a heads up. Hopefully the price stays. Good video!
