I heard rumors of it so I never got the Gozney Dome or the Arc XL.... glad it wasn't a myth! I was so close to ordering the Arc XL, but only heard it was going to be a 20" oven, but the 24" is great!
Do you think the flame tamer would make the Roccbox a more versatile oven for NY style? What’s the lowest temp the Roccbox can maintain with the burner on the lowest setting? Would love to cook both Neapolitan and NY style but like the Roccbox. I was about to pull the trigger but the Karu 12G looks nice as well.
I’m so torn with what to go for. My heart has always said ooni, however the solostove is very tempting with its price and lifetime warranty. I can’t justify going for the roccbox, when the stone cannot be removed, and it’s Sod’s Law it would break!
