Potatoes, sausage and sauerkraut is a must try for dinner. My favorite way to eat sauerkraut is on a hot dog with mustard and sweet relish. Thank you for all your recipes. You have made cooking fast, sooooo easy. Many BLESSINGS~Kimber(Austin, Texas)
I appreciate your videos not only for the recipes (which are great), but also that you explain the “how” and the “why.” You’ve told viewers how to convert a recipe from baked in the oven to cooked in the air fryer. Now can you help us how to convert from grilling to air frying? Now that’s it’s almost summer, it seems like there are grilling recipes everywhere. Would it take more than just a change in temperature and time? (What temperature of a grill anyway?) Would it require a certain technique? Thank you for considering my request?
I got you! Details abt this are in this video! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-RGCSvY7Z9F8.html Do you have an instant read meat thermometer? That will make it a lot easier too... Here's mine! pineandpepper.co/products/instant-read-food-thermometer
For the left over sauerkraut you can slice brats and sauté them in bacon grease then rinse the sour off the sauerkraut and finish in the pan with the brats. So good. The only way I like sauerkraut.
The blackened chicken with avocado sauce was wonderful!!!!!! Made enough for leftovers with a flour tortilla. Note, the avocado sauce doesn’t save well. Plan to make fresh again. Mine discolored and turned watery. None the less, definitely rate this dish a 🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️
I think it depends on what you're cooking , for a good steak, yes, for other things it depends on the fryer and how long you think it will take. It is a process of discovery, I think. Since I have had mine , my smoke alarm has not gone off, so I am grateful for that. I'm a lifelong bachelor / caveman, so factor that in your analysis, hahaha.

Greetings from Finland. I was given an air fryer which is still in the box. I am totally ready to bust it open and get busy. Thank you so much. I love your kids too, and am grateful for the language lesson. I've written down and looked up 'bussin' and will put it immediately to use to impress and bedazzle my friends. Thank you all. Great channel.
This air fryer video is a lifesaver! So many quick and easy recipes, I'm definitely trying the steak hash and the buffalo chicken wraps. The fact that she has a cheat sheet and a cookbook is awesome, I'm going to have to check those out.
Thank you very much! I have learned a lot here on your channel. I have a question: Can I use in the airfryer the same bowls I normally use in the normal electric oven?
Hello! Wonderful recipes in the air fryer, congratulations! Excellent and well presented content. I confirm my subscription and you have all my support. I hope we can be good friends. See you again. Greetings from Brazil
I would like to see you test the Silicone basket liners for the Cosori 5.8 qt. Supposedly due to the bottoms they are suppose to let air blow underneath the food. I would like to know if they affect cooking any or not.
KATHY I THINK YOU'RE GREAT I EVEN WATCH YOUR RERUNS THANK YOU SO MUCH A SENIOR CITIZEN IN SAN FRANCISCO AND TELL MY BIRTHDAY BUDDY ON JUNE 6TH HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO HIM 🙂🎂🥰
Personally I can't stand sauerkraut. When I was 19 months old my parents let me try it. They say I liked it. They also say it was just coincidence that overnight I got so sick I ended up in the hospital with two IVs. Be that as it may I can't even stand the smell of it. It made/makes me gag. But my parents loved sauerkraut, potatoes, two kinds of sausage all cooked together with rye bread and creamed corn on the side. I get everything but the creamed corn. I would only let them have it IF I was going to be gone from before cooking began until morning. (Well, they LET me only let them ...). The smell had to be GONE before I got home. Back then, though I haven't seen it in years, there was a product in a 10" narrow square bottle that had a shaker top. I think it was a vinegar with hot peppers and green mustard pods in it. They would sprinkle this all over their kraut. (Mustard greens too. I didn't like those either ~ but I could stay home for them.). My dad would also put put kraut straight from the jar and the vinegar on fried baloney sandwiches. He especially liked that on hot days. (Not as bad for me as smelling it cooking.) On my Ruben sandwich I just put thinly shredded green cabbage instead. Yeah, I know. Kraut is made from cabbage. But I still can't handle it. This story is a family legend and I still get teased about it.
I am just wondering, but I'm sure you have it on a video,..... Doesn't it defeat the purpose of an air fryer when you put in that parchment bowl that blocks the heat coming from the bottom?????
I made the hibachi chicken and yum yum sauce today. OMG, it was so good!!! My family loves hibachi; this will save us some money. Trying steak and shrimp next time
I've had my Cosori Airfryer for about 9 -10 months now. I had no idea how much I would use it. Every day! From frying breakfast rolls, bacon, hot dogs to pitabread pizza. My favourite is to fry the chicken filets. They are perfect every time.
@@empoweredcooks Oh sorry, my bad. I thought you were Canuck! I have NO idea where I got that! 🙄🙄Thank you for the fun recipes from East of the border!

Hi Cathy! I have to tell you I ordered the cute nonstick bowl/pan and made that scrumptious blueberry lemon oatmeal this morning in my Cosori air fryer. My husband and I were delighted! Your recipes are easy to follow and definitely inspire me. Oh yes, and I do feel empowered because of your videos. Thank you for your awesome energy! Happy Memorial Day to you and your family. ❤😊🇺🇸
I am going to renovate my kitchen one day, and I just came across this thing were you can buy an oven with built in air fryer functionality. I'm thinking now is this some such thing I can use to get one less appliance on the countertop and just use the oven for air frying? My air fryer is I think like 5 years old now and at the end of its life, but I'd have to get another one if it conks out cause I think I'm about 3 years away from redoing the whole kitchen.
I'm pretty sure it is just a convection oven that they are remarketing as an air fryer. Everything will take longer to cook because it's so much larger than your countertop air fryer.
Looks like you've been making videos on air fryer recipes for a number of years. I just purchased one but didn't know how to use it. I came across your videos and decided to get the cookbook. Looking forward to some great experimenting and eating 😄
Hah, I did, indeed, get my start on these today, because I happened to be home between client visits at noon and needed an express lunch. I have some IQF salmon burgers in the freezer. They aren't great burgers, and have a bit too much fishy taste to them (I won't be buying these again), but it sounded like your Asian Salmon glaze would dress one up nicely. The burger took about 5 minutes longer to cook, because it was frozen, but wow, did you ever show me how to get the most out of these! I placed my Asian glazed salmon burger on a bed of brown rice that I had left over from a prior dinner, and enjoyed it with some chilled spinach-zucchini soup left over from the same prior dinner, and some herbal iced tea to drink. Quick and easy to prepare, minimal cleanup and best salmon burger ever!
finally found you on a borrowed laptop;;;you had a link that we could get a free copy of cook times with temp that you would email if we sent info;;;;I did that and never got a response;;so I ordered the magnetic pair and put on fridge but disaster happened;;;our house burned to the ground and no longer have my time and temps for air fryer;;;so how do I get info to you to send that list that I can use as money is tight and I can get it printed and have it to use till I can afford to get tha magnetic pair;;;;
@@empoweredcooks I just received your book today and it is so beautiful and well organized! I’m going to make everything! My son wants me to make the honey garlic meatballs first! Yum!
