I've ordered from Gentle Herd several times and my orders did take a while to come in. About 3.5 to 5 weeks at times. But I DID receive them. And they were EXACTLY what I ordered from the site. Hope this helps someone.

After Allied Van Lines lost (stole) my entire wardrobe, I am building up my Winter wear again starting with these types of coats. Just got a Mango one...this is a helpful video while I am building up my closet from square 1.
They all look so good but the grey one is amazing and I loved the second camel one. They all look great thought. I live in Greece so probably won't need a very heavy wool composition coat, but it's been getting colder every year! 🤷🤷
I've had one for thirty years. It looks as good now as it did when I first got it! I'm disabled, and my youngest daughter has claimed it. Fortunately, it was long on me - she's three inches taller. One of my best purchases ever.

Woah are you sure the #14 zara one is all polyester? I just found one secondhand after seeing how good yours looks, and it's 75% wool! It's got a Manteco label right? The lining is 100% polyester though
i bought the coat on gentle herd and they had to delay my order 2 months but i still got the coat, kinda sad that the belt loop was a thin string and not thick like urs

It's meant to keep the belt in place ONLY for show (x styling) purposes in the store. The same way some pockets or back slits on wool coats are lightly sewn together to keep them in place before being bought.)
@Kerina Wang Yeah 😄 I learned this in my career exploration internship at Reitman's head office 5 years ago. The stylists said it's up to the person to choose where to place it according to their style 👀🤌✨️ (or not wear it at all). Hope this helps 😊😊
i waited for two month to get a coat from gentleherd and spend another 2 month waiting for money returned to me since the size was not fit me,and they made funny excuses not refund the money and i have to contact my bank to get the money back
While I love the coats collection, I just find most of these are so long. it not applicable for petite girls like 5’0-5’2 … I still enjoy watching you Styled these coats anyways
Never again will I order from GENTLE HERD. First coat took 2 and a half months, second took 2 months to arrive!! I thought it would be Spring by the time I got them and I wouldn’t need either! Customer service was pitiful. Products were acceptable but overpriced IMO!
