Mr. Israel, you do such a good job presenting these videos, and you seem like such a humble and down to earth guy, keep up the good work it is appreciated!
Yeah, and all five of them with their guns and tasers will actually confront the lone woman with a camera. Hundreds of them, including SWAT, armed with countless guns, bulletproof vests, and any number of other weapons will NOT confront a single shooter. They prefer to stay outside while children are murdered, pepper spraying and handcuffing their terrified parents. You know who will go into that school? An unarmed mother who managed to get past the police, into the school, and helped evacuate not only her children, but an entire classroom of children. When the brave boys in blue finally entered the building, they were unable to get past an unlocked door. You had to pull. They pushed. It took them an hour to figure it out. The state of policing in this country is disgraceful. We've armed a bunch of egotistical cowards who spend their days harassing and exploiting innocent people.
@@bosco1563 The fact that you actually had to explain that was hilarious 🤣 Kinda like the officers in the vid, u would think they would already know but you’d be surprised by how clueless they are. But don’t be fooled, a lot of them do know but act DUMB like they don’t so they can bully, harass, troll , etc innocent ppl bc their need to feel powerful or try to prove that their ur superior, more important than you! It’s sad, the constitution means squat to them. Their Ego out ranks the oath they swore to protect. Smh🤦🏽♀️ Great vid! Know ur rights! Use them or lose them! Rs, no bs or SARCASM!😉💪🏽💯✊🏽😆😂😂😂
Painful when cop or cops are faced with the stark reality that a civilian knows the law better than they do...More painful is the awareness the civilian is recording them while it's happening...In this case,, almost an audible , gravitational "thump" when the long arm of the law had nothing to reach for....
@@williamshelton4318 Ms J-Town should wear a T-shirt with big block letters reading "Constitutional Exercise In Progress......Yank Chain At Your Own Risk"...that would go far to keep a lot of public servant workerbee's and local yokel cops from having to scrape all that egg off their faces.
@@technne-gu1yu do they though? I would say that 99 percent of police at any level couldn't quote you a law. One single law word for word. Think about that for a minute, what they feel about the words they are trying to enforce is the law you will receive when they decided to do whatever they want to you. Good luck with that and back the blue till it happens to you!
@@mastagoalie google bitch it takes 2 min to Google a law or just fucking use the radio they literally have a fuckin radio on their chest "do I got something or should i disengage?" they have no excuse at all

The older lady at the beginning (identified as Caroline Connolly) who walked out to confront the person with the camera is an ATTORNEY and works for aviation authority as manager of PUBLIC AFFAIRS. You can't make this stuff up! If anyone in that building should know the law and Constitutional rights, it's her!
❤ The biggest unnecessary gang in the world. All they money they give these clowns could be invested in re-education of this nation so you don't even Need police and judges. This is by design.
"Can you take your hands out of your pockets for citizen safety please?" 😂😂😂😂😂😂 The person who filmed this is one of the funniest, wittiest, quick thinking 1st amendment auditors I've ever seen! So stinkin entertaining to watch!
I'm going to have to check that channel out. I'm a big fan of Amagansett Press, and as much as I still love what they do, it just feels like a travel RU-vid channel now, which is cool, but I like these gritty audits, like they used to do. 🤣
Her, liberty troll, the "trolls" such as saun porter/speihl/bengazi rabbit, random patriot, I.am.free, this is a public service, audit them, and tyrant terminator audits.....all a goldmine of mental giants seen in action. Too bad most do their own thing instead of crossing into other's lanes and joining shoulders while pointing all that knowledge at the same corruption- would be amazing to see happen more often than roguenation/rights crispy/jma/tps and those that have been around James freeman while showcasing a civics lesson
I made that same comment about AG. Even saw a vid recently where he didnt stand on his rights against a cop. It was kinda sad to see but i still tune in@@zaodedong9935
wears a badge so she can be identified by others in the building, then hides it so she can't be identified by others in the building. is there a class that government employees take that rips common sense and logic out of their skulls?
That level of thought process, or lack there of, is precisely why they get government jobs. Private sector requires a tad bit more intelligence on the minimum.
If she truly wants to exert her authority over the public, then the public needs to know that she actually has some authority. For all we know, she doesn't even work there and she stole the badge from some 18 year old guy who works as a baggage handler that she slept with the night before.
This shit is truly scary. He was literally ready to shut the entire building down just to be “right”. Imagine if someone’s life was on the line and one of these officers were in their “feelings”… scary
Kinda exactly what I'm thinking! There are ways to do everything, and this seems more like filming for reactions more than 1A audit? But at the same time, sadly things like this do need to be addressed because it's an issue and cops do have problems with following rules they are supposed to enforce. I have worked for the FAA and they do have their own laws. How those mesh with the constitution I am not sure?
It is sad and maybe a waste of time but it's the principal of the situation. He teaching us and making a point unfortunately. Because officers don't know the law and take advantage
there is no mention of the FAA or any other administrative agency in the Constitution or its twenty-seven amendments. Rather the FAA is a creation of Congress through statute. Specifically, the FAA was first created in 1958 within the Federal Aviation Act of 1958. The FAA is a specific code of sop’s & regulation most specific to the aviation operations.
@@blakecyrus2597 It matters because if they fail the auditing test then they will violate the rights of normies too. How would you like it to get arrested for filming in public when you're a tourist filming the landmarks?
@@Eidolon1andOnly kinda weird when men fancy other men. But the world is made up of lots of different people and if they're not hurting anyone it's their life to live. They're breaking no laws, doing nothing wrong. But weird people like the one above get obsessed with it.
As bad as the "sergeant" was the black cop comes up and steals the baton of stupidity and says it is a "federal offense" to record the airfield. So weird he couldn't find that law on Google.
@@terejosh13 stupid is not a racist thing. The ignorance would have been no different if it was a white female officer. Quota is a quota, plain and simple.
I bout chocked on my dr pepper when asked what story he was working on he said " well right now I'm working on the chief of police violating my constitutional rights".
Everyone seen in this video works for the public, but clearly despises the journalist (who represents the public) and treats them with contempt. Look at how fast that woman decided to call security, like she is the queen of the airport and a servant has wandered into her private quarters.
I laughed my ass off on that one! its just as ridiculous as "officer safety" and that was the point he was trying to make. their hands in their pockets is no more or less of a threat than our hands in our pockets.
But he also just put them right back into his pockets. Don't know if he was doing that out of spite to "exercise his authority" (Damn1 I need the Cartman meme Respect Muh Authoritay!)
yea, but their straps aren't in their pockets, and even if they were, resting their hands in their pockets doesn't make them any more likely to pull them. if theyre gonna do it they're gonna do it regardless @@3BsnaD
Because there's no punishment if they violate that right. These are all order followers and they don't care about the constitution. They also don't respect the public. And until they start getting fired and charged for this misconduct they are never going to respect the public or the constitution.
Within certain contexts. This was one of those. Completely legal, just slightly uncomfortable for some people. Luckily being uncomfortable doesn't constitute a crime, it just exposes your lack of being able to reason.
While I agree with your meaning, these people is definitely a trigger for me, it's just a never heard it used without some sort of negative connotation
Fantastic video! I absolutely love listening to a well spoken and well mannered person take down law enforcement with their words. She politely ripped them to shreds one by one. Lol, that was awesome! She was educated on the law, prepared and stayed respectful. She is definitely one of the best and would also make a great lawyer. Bravo!! ❤ 🤍 💙
Exactly. Some people in the comments get carried away defending it when an auditor is disrespectful saying it doesn't matter how they act but of course it plays a role I doubt those same people would defend a cop who has a legal right on a stop to ask for ID that came up to the driver and said "hey stupid give me your id" by saying it doesn't matter how the cop said it, the driver has to follow the law The point shouldn't be trying to humiliate someone for content. Be respectful and then if they don't respect your rights it's 100% on them. There's the law and then there's common sense when dealing with people.,This woman was fantastic.
I don't think it's that they don't know them, it's that they have to exert control over any situation and they're used to citizens just "cooperating" with whatever they tell them regardless of whether they have the legal obligation to. they count on that cooperation. they really don't handle it well when they don't get it and get off script and start making shit up as they go along. this guy did a great job of bringing them back around to what they know was the law. that chief's ego was destroyed 😆
I think they know it better than they want us to believe, but they're willing to assume we're ignorant and will obey them if they tell us something is illegal. Like filming in public, or filming their badges, or filming an airfield, or using an elevator, or filming private employees from a public space, etc.. But they know the law well enough that they didn't actually arrest or detain or search J-Town or force them to do anything.
“Well unfortunately sir, I’m not a manufacturer, so I don’t have the necessary machinery to produce identification cards” would have been my response 😂
Since all these uncooperative cops are so busy chasing around a journalist, who is watching the rest of the airport? What does the police chief have to hide?
I had two sets of license plates left on my lawn. This on the heels of neighborhood vandalism that took place a few days prior. I called the police to have them check it out and to confiscate the plates. They were more interested in identifying me than investigating the mystery of the plates. This kind of behavior will stop citizens in their tracks from being good samaritans who would normally report suspicious activity to the authorities.
Chief, LT, Sgt, the whole bunch do NOT know the law. How disgraceful. The same rights that give you the right to photograph in public , is the same that gives law enforcement . How do we give these folks the right to carry a gun, kidnap & cuff and arrest.
It's hilarious when illogical cops make up bogus laws to verbally manipulate logical citizens into doing what their bidding, then get angry and issue inane directives when they fail. The auditor's sarcastic barrage of counter-directives was a very sweet topping on the super-sized slice of humble pie that those officers had already been served.
The fact that I’m LITERALLY 25 secs into this video and this gentleman explains he is a former PO and Sheriffs Deputy….and CLEARLY became jaded and fed up with the behavior repeatedly exhibited from fellow officers, to the point that he now had a channel to hold officers accountable for their blatant misconduct, put the BIGGEST smile on my face!!! Theeeerrrrreeeessss ur sign. When one of your own has the integrity to stand up for what’s right, you’d think there would be some kind of accountability and reform country wide. Nope. Too much pride within the ranks of police agencies across the entire nation. Big ups to you, sir. Thank you for trying to illuminate the problem and trying to help solve them. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👊🏻👊🏻✌🏻✌🏻
I agree but we citizens need to go much further than that to hold police accountable. I live in the burbs of Chicago and at my police department, we don't have direct access to internal affairs. So when we want to file a compliant on a cop, we have to get the form from the cops, put all our personal info on it and then give it back to the cops and just hope they give it to internal affairs. But even internal affairs is corrupt and friends with the cops. We need to form a completely independent, 3rd party who are armed with guns and cameras just like the cops but only watch cops all day, in every town...so when we are being harassed by cops, we have someone to call.
@@MilkyWayGalaxyy 100% agree. Thankfully, it has begun. When enough of these bozos either begin to learn the constitution and the laws that govern the rights they specifically are there to protect, or the lawsuits just keep on coming until enough is enough, people need to continue recording video evidence of the fuckery being played out in agencies worldwide. Kills me that even with cameras everywhere, these encounters and idiocy still happens.
A masterclass audit. There are levels to this conversation, and J-Town Press will forever be known as one of the best. Thank you so much for sharing with us this flawless content.
It's not that they are. It's how our government wants them trained unfortunately. One day it's gonna bite them in the azz. Our 2nd amendment is gonna save our azz
Love Lana with J-Town Press, she served in the military and she stands up for the rights she and all others fought for. She is always professional and on point with her questions and come backs as always. Thanks for giving her and the video more publicity then she already has. That was masterfully done. Stayed calm and respectful to the point of agitation of the "authority". They try to enforce laws they know nothing about. Very good coverage
I absolutely love it when they include the phone numbers to these people. It allows us to call and ask them if they are treating the public any better. Can't say as one phone call will do anything but maybe just maybe 5000 will. You hear enough people telling you the same thing and maybe you just might learn something.
All they have to do is ignore the people recording, them confronting them is giving them what they want and giving them content. Once they stop reacting they will stop coming with the cameras.
He is in that place at the right time and in the right manner. 1. Yes, I have permission from the owners of the building 2. MAy I see your credentuals for your free speach or for your religion Brilliant!
