As a glad player, I generally agree with what skill capped says, but what they said about feral druid is complete bullshit. NEVER, and i repeat, NEVER, play feral druid with rsham or hpaladin, Every game is a 50 minute game, which either ends by a draw, or by the enemy getting lucky and killing your shaman/hpal. Unless its a mirror comp. Because feral druid just doesnt have enough damage to kill rshams and hpals. I tried some games with a rsham. Sure, we won a lot of double dps fights, unless we went against a retpal/dk. But whats you will never win against other healer comps. Feral does 0 damage to rshams, and hpals. Especially that everyone plays dwarf, so they remove your big bleeds, and then they just stand against the wall, so you deal 0 damage. And you obviously will never kill the enemy dps, who is 9/10 times either a dk,warlock, retpal or another feral. Its so cancer. If you want to have fun, just play with a priest, or hunter.
@@JB-rb3jkhe's actually not wrong about the rsham match up. Had a game yesterday as sub/resto versus feral/resto on sewers. All I had to do was stand behind the boxes with my back on the edge. Stone formed off his big rips and my hots kept me alive through everything. Once I realized my healing overtime was strong enough to keep me up through his damage I literally stopped fake casting and just hard casted through all his interrups even stopped grounding and dispelling his cyclone procs. I stayed at 100% mana because I didn't even need earth shield up to do that either... Never once needed greater healing wave or surge either. Literally just hard casting healing waves and the feral couldn't kill me. Unfortunately the other resto shaman was doing the same exact thing to my rogue. We got close to killing him a few times but eventually the match just went to a draw.
Played feral / hpal and my God it's terrible into healer / dps. Super long games that somehow still go on even when both healers are OOM. Running into feral / priest is basically an auto loss because all the priest has to do is fear / mana burn.
Elemental is so much fun but they really screwed it giving it no real instants outside of shocks, spells are too costly and you oom too fast and you have virtually no defenses so you just get trained and die so easy.
Guys, what do I do as ret/UH vs feral/hunter? Or feral/disc? Feral/hunt seems impossible to beat for me and my friend. Also, would it be easier to climb as UH/ret or UH/holy?
You should win against feral/disc but loose against feral/hunt. Against jungle try to rep hunter so you both get close before start damaging, then DK stun and then DR HoJ. That's the safest way to ensure you some uptime. Your death grip's main purpose is to bring him back to Gargoyle's LoS. Switching to feral for longer periods only makes sense if you are near a pillar, hunter is far away and lined. If ret is the target, remember to HoP scatter from your DK immediately. Any decent team dispels Frenzy before it ticks so you can't depend on that to break cc. DK should watch out for Scatter/Bad Manner so he can immediately counter with a silence preventing trap. Ret should watch monkey's movement or hunter being in mid range to predict Scatter/Bad Manner and counter with Sac. Feral/disc is a lot simpler because there is not much they can do against you zug zugging the priest and killing him in 30 seconds. Grip him to open space so he can't line Gargoyle. Stun on Inner Focus. Don't hold silence for a cast, use it early to prevent priest from using defs in time. Rep is useless for feral because even if you catch him in human form, he will just trinket it. Use it for interrupt during Inner Focus. UH/holy may be a little bit better but even if it is, remember you will play lesser amount of games as a healer regardless of your winratio.
Not true, I played with an Rsham and it’s an amazingly fun 2’s comp. Any double dps team is easy to kill and vs healers not bad either since they can’t dispel anything or they take UA silence.
No.. hunter doesn't have enough dmg and needs a lot of cc from a teamate. If you want to play with a healer your best bet is a Rdruid but can work wit ha solid disc as well but really a double dps is your best bet.
I found Spriest + Feral is really good in 2s as the Priest. Insane burst, insane bleed/dots damage, insane peel with cyclones and roots. Hunters are dead in one opener 😂
