FREE?! It's $499 a month for unlimited use, which makes it by far the most expensive AI vid generator out there. It's free to do 30 generations a month. That can be useful for those hard to do shots you can't get Haiper, Pika or Runway to do, but the unlimited plan is for corporations or the rich only. This represents a trend where creative people who don't have access to large amounts of money are pushed out of the competition. I hope competition brings prices way down.
@timmychungus-di2rk Nah. Always best to put the best tools in the hands of the most creative people. You wouldn't have wanted Michelangelo to not have access to quality marble would you?
Yep, we're going to be phwcked, except for any AI tools that are released that are open source and can run locally. Grab all of the local tools you can because though they may go obsolete, at least they might stay running free... sort of forever. Pinochio is a good starting point, it's like a master installer for a few of them all in one place.
It's freemium and 499/month for unlimited use. Compared to big budget camera and studioes it's quite inexpensive. However, we totally understand that the unlimited version isn't cheap for the everyday person.
I've tried Kling for you. It's really better than I thought. It's not open yet, however I was lucky enough to get the internal beta qualification. The average video generating time is around 5mins. It's really quick! and the videos are about 5s. I'd give it 70 points for video accuracy and 80 points for smoothness. You can't use your laptop to generate videos yet, only on an app, which is not good for me. It will be released in 2 months, let's see~
Can you recommend an AI video creator that I can use to make a music video by uploading my original song - music & lyrics, with maybe typing my lyrics for the AI's reference? Something that can make an entire video based on the song's lyrics?
Luma Lab’s Dream Machine Sucks BAD, VERY BAD I have been trying to generate a video and i have been waiting 4 hours ago current time of this typing Comment. some times it takes 7 Hours of more! and they want me to pay for that shit! HELLLL NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! people i am telling you RIGHT NOW Don't waste your time with it, NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!
These models are still massive, and consumer-grade hardware can't even run them unless you have a $20-30k machine to run them on. In 2-3 years when the AI-dedicated chips start to come out (NPUs) which will most likely replace GPUs and/or CPUs entirely, anyone will be able to have anything they want.
@@OnigoroshiZero you can make video with most image models now... only issue is its not consistent. and your argument for cost is based on the business sale... you can buy tesla m/p series cards that work just fine on any model...
If you wanna be really entertained and have the laugh of your life, DONT skip the AD, TRUST ME!! QUANTUM JUMPING! GIVE THOSE PEOPLE AN AWARD!!! IS it just the dumbest scam ever or next nevel Satire??
because hes getting paid by the developer to promote shit software that takes 100+ generations of a single image to get a short clip of anything close to what you'd want to add to your videos and the freemium version allows 30 generations a month. also dont forget all of these "free ai" websites force you to sign in with email or social media so they're all collecting data on you and selling it elsewhere.
I’ve tried this but I’m not very impressed. Sure if you want to take a still frame and have it add some motion great but if you take a still frame and add a text prompt it literally ignores the text prompt and just does some random camera move on you’re still frame. Every single time so I’m not necessarily very impressed but I will say that the camera moves that it creates on a still frame are pretty legit
Genmo done the same thing to me!!! I create a bunch of alien videos on my channel and Genmo would never hardly ever get it right... i put in hundreds of prompts never got any great results👽👽👽👽👽 Good Luck to you my friend👽👽👽👽👽
Agreed, my first generations with Dream Machine ignored the prompts and created some hideous results. In fact, it was so funny I just threw like my first 5 Dream Machine Clips together and I made a video out of them. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-OladjvGAzts.html
I was thrilled to find Luma Dream Machine, but massively disappointed in the pricing scheme. Yes, we can pump out silly memes, 30 per month, but any attempt to create a serious project will require serious outlays of cash. I get it, but I'm massively disappointed.
you can just make different google accounts every time... its how im making my ai music vid, when im running out of credits i just delete an account and create a new one, then repeat
@@Onion224Google requires a phone number and when I put in my same number Google says someone is trying to hack my account and to try later. Can you describe how your doing it?
I've made 10 video with it so far. But there is no consistency between them, even when using the same start image. And the more you use it the longer your generation times get. I had to wait an hour for my last 3. So chances of getting enough consistent footage to make even a commercial of 15-20 seconds length, let alone a music video, or a TV show length episode is out of the question at this stage. It makes nice 5 second clips it's hardly a useful tool. I put the gigachad meme image into luma and made him dance though
I signed up for the $99 USD package but I still have a watermark on my creations. Hopefully I'm missing something but from their discord conversations, they think that is an acceptable business practice. 🙁 If the watermark remains, this tool is completely useless to me.
What you do is crop your image in using the zoom and pan tool in your video editor, so the LUMA at the top gets cropped out. To be honest, I leave it in, because it's not nearly as outrageously obtrusive as the SwapFace one, or Pica, or Invideo watermarks. The other trick you can do, is place your own logo over the top of their logo ;-)
@@choppergirlghost I can mask out the logo using a number of tools. But that's one more step in my process (which I don't need) and it's not possible to use it in commercial work if it's against LUMA's terms and conditions. The point is not, "can it be removed" the point is "why is it there". Should I also include the logos of the 10 other companies that were involved in the creative process for my video?
@@brucemarjoribanks It's going to get worse, when these companies imbed a watermark buried inside the video code that marks it as AI generative. Then, for example, YT viewers can tick a checkbox that says... I never want to see anything that involves any AI generated content, ever. They won't even know your (or my) artsy fartsy AI creations even exist. YT already has a tick box inside their upload submission form that asks you... is any of this AI generated? It's begun. First it's soft and voluntary, then it's done by automated flagging robots that you can't argue with or contest. Remember car license plates? Originally sold as a good thing to help you recover your car if stolen, now a way the policestate enforces it's tax collection and surveillance everywhere and forces you to buy outrageous car insurance, a massive burden upon the poor. I'd say about half the people out there are already flaming AI created content because of things like well the basic luddite paranoid, founded and unfounded... and their annoyance at things like historical documentary slideshows narrated by dry AI voices (because the creator doesn't like his or her own voice).
At least Showrunner is trying to support story telling. The current methods with most AI video is to generate a bunch of crazy video and then try to piece a story together from whatever random footage you have, like what Shy Kids had to do for the Balloonhead guy "film".
TBF Shy Kids did another Sora-assisted short film where they just used it as part of the VFX pipeline, and it was useful as a tool there. It was highly planned out -- just as it would be if they didn't use AI -- it just saved costs.
We 100% support those that use it to assist. It doesn't have to be simply use to piece together things with no story - in fact, we don't think that yields great results. Storytelling will always be key.
Those luma Viking vids are way better than what the public is getting right now from luma. Maybe they cranked back the compute because they're slammed I don't know
13:17 i saw that AGI article too and it frustrated me. Just because the line of knowledge is rising from toddler to high schooler doesn't mean sentience or understanding is rising. It's always been zero and flat and the rising knowledge line has nothing to do with it.
Fair point, we'll work on making sure "free/freemium" is more transparent. However, given the information and the free tier model, it's certainly not clickbait. We appreciate your engagement!
Thanks for sharing, Amazing. Here's a couple of AI Music Videos I'm working on : Hot Girl Tonight - New AI Music Video 2024 - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-cbisB6jdNNk.html We Go!! DA-NA-NA / She's A Headbanger - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3MzIz7cvO2Y.html
As much as content creators want it so badly, it's still far away from decent, all these AI tools. Specially when it only lasts for 3 seconds a shot, and then the prices.
Is there any AI-generator out there that isn't deeply censored? I mean, clips of fluffy pink cats playing piano are great, but if you want to generate something of a darker nature, like people fighting and bleeding or an assasin with a knife (I tried to make som clips for a metal music video), you get a big policy NO NO! I've tried 3 different generators.
The best AI video generator has arrived, and the best part-it’s free! This tool makes it easier than ever to create stunning, professional-quality videos without breaking the bank. Perfect for content creators, marketers, and anyone looking to elevate their digital storytelling. #AIVideo #FreeTools #ContentCreation #Innovation #TechForAll
Looks like AI all day long. Saying it doesn't look like AI makes me believe you think I'm a fool. And for that much money I'm going to need to fully vet it as well as make sure my own personal footage is not being lent to others projects. It needs to be my dogs, not someone else's. And not my dogs in someone else's film. You're price is crazy. And people do not like the AI look.
Aaaah, is there actually any truly free tool here, what is actually avaible, without a 10 year waitlist? I got tired of the clockbait and the fantasy-king of these tools. I wonder why Sora isn't here, because that also unavailable to public. 😢
Unfortunately these tools are always in hot demand so it's very common to have a waitlist. Also, in order for these companies to survive they typically roll out a free model. So long as you are okay with the wait, you can continue to use the free version(s)!
Yeah, come again in 3-4 years when you will have almost all the content you consume daily be generated by your AGI assistant (except news, but these will still be presented by your assistant in a way based on your own preferences).
@@OnigoroshiZero actually humans will never stop making art, I'm an artist and you could kill me before I stop making art, just that ai stuff will be another part of the art world
Man all the current ai video generators suck oh so, so damn much. I'm a serious ai art and video enthusiast for the future, ai art is currently amazing but my god do the videos suck hard. Only sora and veo for the future seem great, all the rest are terrible without exception including this one
Just tried Luma out, just one video generation of a Midjourney image I ran through Runway about a zillion times and Luma's did way better with just one prompt. Really hope this comes down in price 'cause I'm sold.
Question? Dave Clark always wanted to make a slave movie? and you thought this was ok to promote on your platform like it's a cool Ai video? Shame on you and whoever said this was appropriate.... I'm not angry at you just disappointed do better next time and tell Dave Clark the Ancestors are not pleased next time do a movie on your race and leave ours alone. Peace and Blessings
You're wasting other people's time in showing this video and You're not showing how to use this Ai websites and simply wasting time in other nonsensical explanations.
Wow you are calling everything 'amazing' 😂 Actual 35mm camera footage is amazing. "I would say the resolution is not perfect at this point" Not perfect? 😅 It's all so supper undefined and mushy how it looks. There's no real detail, anywhere. And that's probably after running it through topaz.
The render of my image based text to ai, was absolutely atrocious. I would not ever pay 499/month for any app when I barely want to pay 499 for my car note.
Five years from now, full featured length films will be made without the $100M budget. Btw, this guy looks like a young Christoph Waltz. Maybe we'll see a prequel of "Inglorious Bastards" coming out in the future.😋
It's great that luma isn't vaporware like the rest of them but it's long-form prompt to vid coherence is nowhere near sora. Luma is about 70 percent of sora 100.
