Great video. I totally agree on the bathroom situation, adding rooms and keeping the walls neutral. Additionally, I would add using cheap white lights to bring up an outdoor space and make it photograph well. Where I live has pretty good weather, and I think cafe lights and outdoor deck spaces that photograph well really help people think about themselves in the moment.
