Wait a sec. 6:00 "Joiner heroes do not effect trap damage." Does that mean I used Sarge (Ability +25% troop damge) and Eve (Ability +20% troop damage) as leaders to join rallys for nothing? It was all useless?

@@JUMP But, does it matter if joiners have a hunter hero as captain? Some of our guys used to kick players out of their rallies if they joined with an infantry hero as captain... O.o

Thanks for this video! I hope people pay more attention to their hero setup for their trap rally. My alliance usually opens the highest level trap. We can't control anything lol. Most don't care about heroes & formations. They just start their rally with their default march (e.g Daryl, Ram, Wacko). P9-10 who use *meh* heroes would have helped their rallies score more if they just save only 1 march for starting a trap rally. And many have Tweak but don't use him in trap. This was frustrating for me and now I just let it be lol. I wanna say though you have average stats, not a tank, you can help make a good trap rally by choosing the right heroes. Not everyone can fit in tanks' rallies to gain high scores. I'm f2p P8. I normally use Lori, Tweak(1 star), Codi + 100%hunters for trap level 48. I'm not sure what formations are best for this gen. My individual damage points from my own rally are between 11M - 15M, depending on joiners'. When I don't use Tweak, points drop to 8-9M.

honestly after 2 years of trap every 2 days and it just being such a repetitive event i dont even bother with formations etc anymore.. being strong player anyway you can always make high score anyway on low level traps

joiner formations do affect trap damage.. whats the best formation for low and high trap ?

I switched out Nanami with Hank (both maxed), and used 4* Mikoto with 2* Tina and Tweak and gained +10m damage points this trap each rally... holy moly. We've just got Gen 9 so they're not an option yet but meh.

Well i make some swaping but still, i don't get how to have the best formation as rally leaders with magnus/luca/tweak and then when you are a joiners. Too much different stats for me 😂

Has anyone else noticed that you deal more damage in other players rallies with a 33/33/33 formation instead of 0/0/100 hunters?

Depends on who’s rallies you join as I send 1/1/98 to our alliances strongest member and you are most likely doing less damage because there are other members in your alliance who send the same exact formation as you. I’ve noticed if our 2nd strongest member sends 100% hunters to my rally, I end up doing about 20% less damage but he ends with 20% more than me. I decided to send 1/1/98 to 1 rally today and 60/30/10 for the rest which I ended up doing by far the most I have ever done in trap

Julie has been a lot better than Maddie for me in Gen 4 as it makes about a 2 million damage difference and im surprised Julie didn’t make it up higher

How important is captain for rallies you launch? Should it always be hunter? Aoi for me I tried yesterday and my ranking was way lower. Thanks again great content as always.

I'd like to know this, too. I still use tweak, nanani and luka, but my points are pretty low (when I actually make trap anymore). I noticed another P10 who had a solid 10mil points over the next highest and she used Mikoto, Tesla and Maddie. The latter maxed, but not sure about Mikoto.

For the people who send 98/1/1 or 100% hunters to a rally and see that you are doing less damage, that is because your alliance members are sending the same formation. So a full rally of 90-100% hunters on a low trap level will never do damage as trap still needs a bit of infantry and of course, riders to be sent as well.

Thanks, but this did not work for me on level 48 max trap. First I used Luca, tweak, Hank, the super team. 20,000 damage. Then I swapped to my usual, Hank, tweak Codi. That gave me double to 40,000+ Which is my usual score. The change was only swapping Codi for Luca.

im using Laura, Tweak and Codi for lvl48 trap with 10k infa, 1k riders and the rest is hunter. my biggest damage so far is 299k. but im not saying it's the best formation. but i believe t11 hunters play a big role for damage too. as a joiner, i sent 100% t11 hunters and got 20-30% higher damage compare to 33/33/33 formation

@@Darz1991 is that for low level trap only or it doesn't matter if it's low level or high level? If it's not good for high level then what heroes do you use for high level? Same ones as low level?
