Yone W is roughly 20-22 seconds level 1 and he upgrades it last, boots make it go to around 14 seconds.

shaco requires mad skill and is so easy to int with (even pinkward does so often), yone is degen cuz u need no brain, u have no counterplay, and one good ult even if u are 0 10 can flip the game
