The difference I’ve found regarding silicone is that the amazon “Chinese” are lint magnets and stiffer vs the original ones. I don’t have an original ocean band but did try one from Amazon some months ago and the stiffness was a deal breaker and I eventually returned it.

Hey there, nice video. Just wanted to point out that you've got the names of the bands jumbled, you called the Alpine Loop a trail loop and vice versa.

thanks for the video. Can you help answer something? I have small wrists (perhaps like your wife) can you get the third party brand on Amazon that matches the length of the Apple S/M? that's been my difficulty finding 3rd party bands

That’s been tough for me to find for her also. Lately she has been using the ocean band in the video and she just cut it down to her length and it still looks really good.
