This bbq restaurant is in the north of Dallas Texas USA and is only open two days a week and the first Saturday of each month. They cook the meat for up to 15 hours for a spectacular Texas BBQ-style flavor.
They use many meats: from brisket, ribs of all kinds (beef, pork), they have chicken, sausages, pastrami. They also have all kinds of sides or accompaniments and 3 or 4 desserts.
